which specialisation is good in DSM DTU in terms of packages , what are the placement package of MBA in IT in DSM DTU? and how much tcs gives me after 2 years of MBA in IT after LWP period having 2 years + experience already in TCS.
I did IT management and Supply chain management. It was good but placement for these streams are limited. PKG is around 10 lpa. TCS gives around 8 lpa for 2 years exp. Hope it helps. Please subscribe to my channel it would mean a lot. Thanks
Hi Manish, I resigned from tcs in july and now preparing for jobs in govt sector. I am not clear about what to do with TCS PF? Should I withdraw or leave it in TCS trust? Is there any cons. in withdrawing or keeping like that and for much time i can keep there? Please provide some inputs, It will really help.
Hi, You can withdraw your pf if you are going to be unemployed for more than 2 months. There are technically no cons if you will withdraw your pf. If you want to keep it, then you might need to move it from the tcs trust to your future job pf account, which can be a tedious task as there will be minimal support form tcs side. Decision if yours if you want to keep it or withdraw it. I would say withdraw it and use it for your preparation like coaching etc. Hope it helps. Please subscribe it would mean a lot. Thanks
Hi Manish Good day. THIS IS URGENT Can TCS take any disciplinary action against me if I resign within my LWP period. I am going abroad for 2 years for my masters coming february and have applied for sabbatical. In the LWP undertaking form it is mentioned that, if I resign while on leave without prior intimation and permission then they will treat it as unauthorized absence. TCS can also initiate disciplinary action against me for my unauthorized absence without any further notice to me. I'm just worried if they do something with my character and expetience certificate. Please suggest what should I do, I have 43 days until my course start. Thank you for understanding.
Hi, Yes you can resign during your LWP period. Technically you are not allocated to any project they do not have any dependency on you. So, you are on LWP and you are free to resign on any day within your LWP. Only thing you need to do is send a resignation mail to HR. There will be no disciplinary action against you. I've seen many people resigning during LWP. Don't worry, just go ahead and resign. Hope it helps. Please subscribe, it would mean a lot. Thanks
Hi, It will be around 7.5 lpa. Cutoff maybe updated. During my time it was above 80%ile in cat. Please subscribe to my channel it would mean a lot. Thanks

Placement is good. The college also gives a good ROI as the fees is very less compared to what other college is charging for MBA degree. Plently of companies come for placement and it depends on you whether you are able to convert that opportunity. Hope it helps Please subscribe. Thanks
