    Hey great work with Music Easel. By the way, aren't you planning to make some new material like The Great Divide? That album was sick and aesthetically unique. So glad you are still around, thanks for your music!

      Hey man!!! Thank you so much for your kind words… I’m not sure exactly what you mean by “like The Great Divide”… This album was sort of assimilating all my influences at the time… I’ve been doing sort of “similar” more techno influenced music in this split with Thorofon and a couple of individual tracks here or there…

      Not sure if that’s what you mean but if so, I’m definitely planning to do something… I have a project in mind but I need to start it

      @@Eva3music Hey!,Yes heard the split, very interesting. But man, your work on Great Divide was one of the deepest inspirations for the time with converter, dazzling malizious and later audiotrauma.. Here is a track from project we made around 2007 th-cam.com/video/SuO4R4Xz_tU/w-d-xo.html Maybe you'll like it)

      @@Eva3music Just purchased your album on Bandcamp, brilliant ! May I ask you how you achieved the sequence in this one ? The two last notes duration is longer. Thanks in advance !

    • @Eva3music
      @Eva3music  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @Jerome Mardaga the sequence is played by the 5 step sequencer that not only controls the pitch but also duration. So for each note played the time is relative to said step. So as the notes go lower in pitch they also increase the time before the next step. So in this piece the 5 step sequencer plays something in 4/4
      On the Easel it was setup this way: The pulser gives the clock to the sequencer, but I also have the sequencer controlling the pulser, so that lower values slow down the pulser… it can be very chaotic very quickly but by keeping the pulser modulation depth low it creates interesting rhythms…

      @@Eva3music Yes it makes sense. I just tried using a short bar from the sequencer section into the pulser section and it works. Thanks a lot for the info.

    Very nice. I especially liked the perfect fourth modulation at 3:53. So much more effective than the crowd-pleasing but overused perfect fifth.

      Thanks!! I liked the tension the Fourth added…

    Tying the pitch and pulser both to the sequencer is brilliant! Very nice sounds! What effects are you using?

    • @Eva3music
      @Eva3music  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks Steve… effects are fairly “basic” with a Blackhole reverb and modulated stereo delay both from Eventide…
