- War Robots Gameplay with the New 6.2 Robot SCORPION Mk2 Maxed Destroying FFA WR
It almost feels like cheating to appear behind an enemy, 2-hit kill him with Shotguns and then teleport back into safety or keep destroying more robots with 50% resistance. I just dont think it needs that Resistance at all as an "Assasin" kind of robot.
Two things I learned from reading the comments here:
A.: I did not have to turn around when using the ability. Apparently the robot does that for you and spawns you facing the back of the enemy automatically.
B.: There actually is an indicator icon to when the Scorpion teleports. So that part... Just forget about what I said there ;-)

Ziga Bos you use them in different situations phantom is an early game beacon runner but you can use scorpion for late game beacon running when someone is tryna take your beacon and you teleport there to kill him

They did listen to some of our feedback (not just mine). They reduced the teleport range. But its still too strong - especially making some Game Modes not work right anymore.

Hey Manni there is a way to see that he is going to teleport behind you, and is when you see the resistance symbol on him (before he teleport), that means that he has activated his ability, I know that because I have played a lot of arena

The only thing better would be a specific resistance symbol similar to what the falcon has that way we don't just turn around when a phantom charges us.
Manni , you dont need to turn around when you use your ability to attack someone.. You will be automatically facing the enemy's back once you use the ability

Depends on the map. If they can stay safely out of 350+m range then they're fine. But I agree. Generally on most maps your can never be safe anymore.

@@tanchenghong9749 no they normally used to live till the end of the match they would almost never die bc half the time they were sniping from the base and most people fight for the center beacon so nobody worries about snipers but the scorpion ends them bc if the sniper is behind cover you teleport to them and they do no damage to kill you meaning that then they are dead but before no no no

Mr memes well fenrir can’t really face titans that good. Plus with hawk coming it completely breaks through Fenrirs resistance. I was upgrading my Fenrir but I might have to scratch that. :(

This has to be the dumbest thing Pixonic could of made. They already made the phantom which teleports back into cover, but still has to get to it's enemy while taking fire, but this op is hell, the phantom kinda became useless. Besides the huge speed boost

You can tell when scorpion is about to teleport by the pop up of it getting resistance right before teleporting. It pops up around 1.5 seconds before it teleports so it gives you a little bit of time to prepare.

10:12 I also did something like this in Arena with a leech on Castle when I fell into the river and survived and just stayed at the bottom of it for the whole game. I could also move around in it and explore.

Hello Manni. Thank you for showing us the new bot Scorpion. Only one thing: you don't have to turn around before Scorpion teleports. When you teleport, you just appear behind the enemy looking at him, ready to shoot at him.
I would like to see whats happend when you and enemy scorpion backstab at the same time and whats happend when you teleport to the target sticking back to wall.

Manni, the way to know that a scorpion is gonna teleport to you is if you look on the top of their username and you see this blue robot signal that means that a scorpion is going to teleport to you.

Yeah, you right Manni about the notification when he uses his ability, should be like phantom, leech, falcon, and blitz.
When phantom uses his ability above him appear a blue shield.
When falcon breaks his resistance, a red broke shield appears above him.
When leech uses his ability, a couple of red circles appear above him.
When a Blitz active his ability, a blue shield appears above him.
Another thing, I was thinking about the HP of this new robot... Should be like Ao Jun or Leech: when they are using their abilities are stronger but when they don't are an easy target to kill.

Hey manni if you still read comments, I’ve found a counter to the scorpion, when you see that icon that appears above a scorpion and phantom, simply turn around and prefire depending on what weapon you have,

You can see scorpion gets a shield up his head . He gets defence points. You can know by that.
Manni, there is the way to find out if the scorpion is teleporting, the resistance mark is on top of it. Also, one tip, you don't need to turn back when you teleport, it will already be behind the enemy no matter what
I think the only way to prevent ambush like this, is to start making 5 Lokis which prevent this ridiculous robot killing us all.

Manni we can know when the scorpion is jumping behind us
in the top right corner when he activates his ability you get the symbol of his resistance and you can be ready for him by placing your attention towards the top right corner
it shows you what effect the Enemy has
and as soon as the scorpion activates his ability there is a three second window before he actually teleports and as soon as his ability is active his resistance activates and when he teleports behind you you can say ''SURPRISE''

you CAN tell when the enemy is teleporting because of the resistence. it is active before the teleport and when you see it activate and you know its a scorpion you can turn around fast enought. thats how it do it in the arena mode and it works really well

My suggestion they should make it so when the scorpion is using it's ability .. the guy starts glowing in red color before the scorpion has teleported behind him so he can know that now a scorpion is coming behind him
Manni there is a possible way to know that there is an enemy scorpion and to get ready to counter them, Once the scorpion ability is activated, there will be a resistance symbol on their names and that could be an indicator for us knowing that robot is a scorpion and he is using his ability and we can get ready to counter them.
I agree with you manni, but I do finally like how something can crush ao juns like little bugs. As a non meta player, having this would be amazing and help out a lot.

You can see the resistens indicator when it active the ability
The only think you can do to troll someone who use it is as soon as you see the resistens you have to put a wall behind you so when it teleport it will be in front of you and you will be the one behind

The phantom shows resistance when it uses an ability. This should also show the shield icon for resistance when ability gets active
Manni disguise unit also hit the live server. So if you basically put 2 of them with last stand & phase shift.. it almost near to impossible to kill this thing. Then you don't even to need to evade.
If the robot is in the phantom family it is expected to have resistance and manni there is a effect to tell if scorpion is about to teleport it gets the resistance blue icon over its head for about 3 seconds before it teleports
There is a tip of catching a scorpion in free for all as soon as the resistance sign comes up in the top right corner just turn around and surprise the acorpion
Robots with op ability should get drawbacks
Like the Ares when shilded get slower
So for the scorpion when the ability activated it should lose resistance

Hehe. It works only when they haven't seen you and don't know what they're jumping Into haha. But it's a good idea. Sadly they can still just teleports back. Which gives me an idea. Maybe for 6 seconds or so their teleport back should be unavailable (recharging) or so. So that if they make a mistake . They also have to pay for it.

You can tell the scorpion teleporting by just looking at it if it has resistance activated, it means that the robot is ready to teleport. This is how I defeat scorpions in the arena using nemesis.
May be unrelated to the video, but today I saved 300 tokens bc Adrian Chong said to save then spend and you can get better stuff, coincidentally there’s a quest for a phantom and 2 halo’s, oh yeah, it’s all coming together
Manni, you don't need to pree-turn when you teleport. The game is teleporting you with face to enemi.
For a second before the scorpion teleport you can see the resistance indicator over his name and you can know when he is going to teleport

The scorpion enters the game! Though it seems way too overpowered, and I've been killed by it a lot in the arena mode
Manni you don’t have to preemptively turn around before teleporting with the Scorpion. Once you teleport behind your target’s back, you will immediately face him. Which does mean you can run Scourges on it, and not loose your lock-on while teleporting.

So what Pixonic basically did is: made new op bot that counters lock-on weapons and mid-range enemies, made more lag, still hasn’t fixed targeting, made everything pilot related unrealistically expensive, and buffed legendary pilots.
Edit: and I just remembered that they buffed the energy machineguns as well. +20% dmg for quarker and nucleon, +5% dmg for atomizer. And they now take 5 seconds to reach unstable accuracy instead of 2 sec.

U can see when it is teleporting, the resistance icon pops over scorpion 2 seconds before it teleports.
The Indication to signify the teleport is the Resistance Icon on top of the scorpion's head. It gets that icon right after you activate the ability. Although people have split second to react.

Actually their is an indication even before the scorpion uses it's ability.
I noticed during the arena mode currently going on in live server. As scorpion uses it's ability before teleportation we can see the scorpion's resistance enabled icon in the side of our device screen and can turn around in time.
Me myself pulled that off in my first fight with an enemy scorpion.

There is an indication of teleportation .when scorpion uses his ability his resistance starts and the mark of resistance is an indication
Manni. You can se when the robot gonna teleport look up at the scorpion they be icon of resistant like the phantom and when you se the icon u know it gonna teleport xD
I totally agree with you Manni!! I’m okay with the teleportation, however this bot should have low health like a cerebus.

Hey Manni wanna know my Anti-Scorpion strategy? You stay near teammates and you can use a Nemesis for example that has a very short cooldown to bait the ability of the Scorpion the Nemesis can use Phase shift and walk away taking no damage as the scorpion is now in a 4 vs 1 bassically. Essentially stick near teammates so when the Scorpion does teleport he will have multiple players after him and not even he will survive unless he teleports back at the minimum he will sustain a large amount of damage
