    Thank 😊 you so much Erica I got some cabbage in the fridge and will try it . I think I will add some abalone or Oyster sauce since I don't have bacon. Your passion really shines and your explanations are 2nd to none. We appreciate it.

      thank you~ Oyster sauce goes better with leafy greens then crispy white veggie so I've never tried, I'm curious, how does it taste?
      I forgot to mention that this recipe works perfectly without bacon, you don't have to replace it with anything to make it vegan and the natural sweetness of the cabbage will pop just with a little bit of salt.
      but I've also bought tasteless cabbage in Shanghai China before that salt is not enough so you need heavier seasoning. but a good quality sweet cabbage, salt is all you need really
