I think kbeazy or nick mira are very good options( because they make these type of videos you were searching for). Only watching some beat producer also helped me. And i am personally not more a beginner. But in my beginner times these ytber helped me out getting more into it. But pls watch also informative videos about mixing. To cope with compress or use sidchain is essesantial to make good sounding musik. In case you are german i would say the channel recording blog is a good choice getting into the technichal phase of producing.
