Laboratory plodder machine is designed to carry out tests to fix dyes and perfumes on soap bars.
Checking the refining process with soap noodles.
Parts in contact with the product in stainless steel AISI 304.
Worm/screw tube with cooling system.
1,5 H.P motor with frequency inverter.
Two configurations:
1. Drilled plate with multi-blade to obtain soap noodles.
2. Conical head (extrusion cone) with heating system to obtain soap bar
Electrical start-stop panel, speed regulation, digital temperature controller.
