    Not seans fault. This isnt meant to sound rude but a bit of common sense here would of helped. Had work done to my roof not long ago and the first thing i done that morning was get up and move the cars off the drive as its pretty obvious they would have to be moved for precaution.. no roofer wants to be liable for something falling on and damaging a car and i didnt want to risk that either

    • @shannonx7023
      @shannonx7023 25 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

      To be fair, when she emphasised how inconvenient it was to get the work done in December he should have listened & considered her. Then when he went ahead with the work but agreed to be around to see to things so she could get on with her work, he should have stuck to his word. I think, if your man has an opportunity to make good money you support him & let him get on with making that money but in this case for demi, December is her busiest month, therefor probably the month she brings in the most money & he should be supporting his Mrs in every way he can so she can get her money. So yeah, it's his fault for being inconsiderate.

    • @michellegreen2652
      @michellegreen2652 24 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @shannonx7023 it's December, couldn't think of a more convenient time to get a roof repaired ready for shit weather when we hit the middle of winter. Demi works from home every day doesn't she? What's he supposed to do? She should be supporting him going to finish a course for his job so he can earn money instead of moaning that he's making necessary improvements to their home🤦‍♀️ doesn't matter what gets done to a house there's going to disruptions no matter what so suck it up and be greatful she's in a position she can get repairs done. A roofer would turn up to a job expecting all vehicles to be moved out the way, it takes less than a minute to get in a car and move it. Not hard. I'm a fan of demis and I hate to be rude but she's done wrong here to sean. The time it took her to write a note and stick it on the door she could of moved her car.

    • @tinaunwin1374
      @tinaunwin1374 24 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      not sean faults some time thing need doing in the house it life x

    • @shannonx7023
      @shannonx7023 23 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@tinaunwin1374 if they were able to move it a month I'm sure they'd be able to move it a bit more. It's clearly not an emergency or something that needs done immediately or it would have been done immediately by someone else. He should have been more considerate & when he said he'd be around to see to everything to allow demi to carry on with her work & making her money, he should have stuck to his word. So I'd say it is mainly down to him tbh. Imagine having an interview with a brand about doing a campaign, that's a big deal & should be a big deal to Sean aswell, the fact his Mrs is getting these opportunities to make money, he should take on board what she says to try be more accommodating & supportive. I'd have been so upset at him if it was me. Like seeeee you should have listened to meeee lol

    Demi, I am a weight loss coach and I can't tell you how many people I work with who have finished taking injections and have piled weight back on. I could go on and on about it but I am sure you've done your own research. These injections don't address people's poor eating habits. Once their appetite comes back they normally go back to eating the same stuff that made them gain weight in the first place. It's a real problem for us coaches right now. Each to their own but unless the underlaying issues are addressed with food/exercise, don't expect a long term result. Injections aren't forever! You can 100% take them and also address eating habits. I am not saying they are the devil, but just that people need to look at changing habits and getting consistent as well.

    I just started mounjaro and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done, I don’t have tons of weight to lose but wanted to feel more in control of my weight and it mostly gets rid of the temptation. When we now have a tool available to help it makes it easier and I feel it’s made my mind clearer, each to their own of course but it’s never easy and was a thing I had to look into a lot because I was super sceptical xx

    I’ve been on mountain for 9 months and lost 45lb averaging 2lb per week, always struggled with weight all my life but my experience is positive, I get heartburn occasionally and I don’t eat anything like I used to. It isn’t a short term fix, I exercise regularly and mountain has made me change some really bad eating habits. Right now I feel healthy, more confident and happy, something I haven’t felt ever I don’t think. I know when I stop some weight will go back on but I will never revert to my old eating habits and I will continue to work hard on my weight loss, I value what I have now. No one can judge weight loss jabs unless they have tried them, make the decision for yourself and what is right for you not what others think

    As someone who has tried ozempic after struggling with weight gain post partum. Yes it does work, I never ate, never got hungry, felt great. But as soon as I stopped the weight came back, yes not as heavy as I was before but it only gave me unrealistic ideas about food, I fell into a rut with my weight but not knowing where to turn to, I started changing what fitness classes I went to, I loved spin but started doing boxing instead and because of that new shift I’ve fell in love with exercising again, and because of that I find myself making mindful decisions about what I eat. Going with friends always helps as well for motivation. So my advice would be try a new class until you find one you enjoy and the rest will follow shortly after xx

    I sympathise with people who struggle to lose weight no matter what they do so much. My sister-in-law has PCOS and is the healthiest person I know, eats well goes to the gym and has a job where she’s on her feet all day, but she’s been the same weight for years. She’s been told to have IVF she needs to lose two stone. Now she’s been looking into weight loss injections. I’m so worried because it can be very dangerous but I feel sorry for her and completely understand why she feels that’s the only way.

    Something thats putting me in a dull mood recently, I gave up full time work to work part time and study a course for a high paying job. I’m now half way through my study’s and exams, but it’s the first time in my life I’m really having to struggle for money to pay the bills, food, CHRISTMAS, and then the self doubt thoughts have kicked in, I’ve only ever worked in retail so my heads telling me “why you bothering studying this you’ll never be able to work a job in it. You’ve made yourself struggle for money for nothing” not everyday, but deffo during this Xmas period I’m struggling so the thoughts are LOUD.

    I'm alot older than you babe.....nearly 52 and I've struggled with my weight my whole life. I totally agree with you, it's not easy. About four years ago I lost about 4/5 stone but it's keeping it off that's the hardest part. I don't weigh myself but I feel I have gained a little back recently and I desperately want to lose it but I just can't get in that mindset. It just gets so boring watching what I'm eating all the time and at the same time, menopause has hit which makes it even harder. I too have looked into the weight loss injections and for me it's mainly the cost which is an issue. My family are dead set against it as they are worried about the side affects but unless you struggle with your weight people don't understand. I've heard it does make you feel very nauseous and I don't know if I could go through that everyday and I do believe that when you come off it, you pile all the weight back on so you have to stay on it long term which apart from the cost could have an affect on your health so please fully research before committing to anything xx

      With weight loss, you need a lifestyle change, you won't just gain weight because you stopped. You'll gain weight back if you haven't adopted a new lifestyle (healthy diet, active/exercising).
      It's usually the hardest part.

      The weight loss injections target your pleasure centres in the brain and slow down digestion. They're not dangerous and have been around since the 80s! They're one of the most researched drug to exist and will now be offered on the NHS to obese patients with health issues.
      The NHS wouldn't prescribe it if it was dangerous. But I agree, there is a lot of scaremongering around!

    Completely understand about the WFH thing. I get people coming to the door constantly and it sets my dog off barking, very frustrating.
    I also started Mounjaro a few weeks ago to get my BMI under 30 for IVF. I had a stone and a half to lose, and in just under 5 weeks I've lost nearly a stone. It definitely helps but realistically to get the most of it, I needed to change my lifestyle etc too. Calorie counting, healthy living, minimal sweets/alcohol etc otherwise I'll gain it all back once I stop with MJ.

I would never tell others not to give it a go though , everyone is different. At the end of the day being overweight can cause so many terrible illnesses , sometimes you need to lose weight quickly to reduce the strain on your heart , joints and body in general. Everyone just needs to do what is best for them . December has me struggling with the gym and healthy eating too xxxx

Have a conversation with the ppl who love and care for you and have an open honest conversation about what it is you want to achieve, and what your concerns are (e.g rebound, developing diabetes) and how you'd manage it (or not be able to manage it). Have you looked into your mental health medicine? Years ago I took depakote for my bipolar and it caused me to gain over 200 lbs before someone would listen to me… granted most of the mood stabilizers now (newer ones) don’t really effect weight but there is still a chance as well as if they have you on a antidepressant it might do the same thing… I have been messing with these meds for 24 years or so…. There are warnings on the medicine bottles… I’m not saying that is why so hard to lose weight but it can contribute to it… it’s about finding meds that work for your body… I know it was hard for me… I have faith that you can lose weight sometimes we just have a hard time getting started but once we do we are a force to reckon with!!! You got this have faith in yourself!

I think someone was being a bit of a bollocks and it was not you. Take the implant out, not good for you also I would never trust an at home pap smear. They are doctors and have seen everything and a pap does not hurt. Pleaseeee take measurements of your body like your wasit, hips, legs, arms etc... as weight is not the only way to see progress. I never lost much weight at all when i was getting into the gym but all of my measurements changed. So i was like 4lbs lighter then my start weight after months but all measurements had changed like 4 inches and i was visible muscular. So weight isnt the only measurement for progress at all and this is half the reason why people get so upset as they focus on weight only. Take progress pictures too. I think taking injections or liquid diet rubbish is dangerous as you are not learning how to eat properly and itll all get put back on once you stop.
