    22:00 that bridge used to be a narrow walking bridge only, then they tore it down to build it for cars to go over as well.

      @@ZackBackpackingAroundTheWorld - I have stayed in these Mexican villages. I remember staying with my good friend's mother for ten days in the center of Tamazulapam Oaxaca. Life is slower in these towns in Mexico and services are a bit primitive. If you stop at a restaurant they'll run down the street to the store to obtain the drinks you want and they don't have much inventory on food either. I had to make my own coffee - the only decent coffee was across the street and available from noon onward. The people, however, were amazing and I enjoyed talking to many of them.

    My grand parents used to live there for 25 years until 2003 when they passed away, when I turned 18 years old I went to visit them very often, sometimes only for weekends, is a very quite place, very peaceful, La Barca is a main supplier for basic products for other small towns near to La Barca, has a very good weather and people is very friendly, you can live there when you get your retirement.

    • @ZackBackpackingAroundTheWorld
      @ZackBackpackingAroundTheWorld  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm sorry to hear about their passing, but now you can visit La Barca with a different point of view on the down than my point of view.. I don't have any friends or family there.. The only memory I have is the memories I created with Rouse there... it was the first town I had Agua de Jamaica and now I can't get enough of this drink... also was the first town besides Guadalajara Rouse and I traveled to together.. I never really had a girlfriend who enjoyed traveling as much as I do and the fact Rouse was interested in traveling to all these towns in Mexico, it definitely has given me the feeling that she's likely the one I'm spending my life with... I hope someday I can start making good money on here so I can have her travel the world with me and she won't need to bother with working.. instead she can help me with these videos.. that's the dream.. thanks for your comment Francisco!
