- Hello guys! it seems there are still alot of people confused about tactical belt chip, so in this video i want to explain to you all the chip function and their tier list! also thanks to freax and gogo for letting me use their acc!

Rifleman atk option at PvE can use courage master, fearless warrior and Concentration/crit combo. But with crit combo can reach 30% dmg bonus or more

I can imagine virus cert health reduce with virus bullet + control master being annoying as heck in pvp reducing your sanity and health, especially when you forgot to bring medical supply (and if too poor for med drone with health regen).

Bang mau nanya chaos fighter itu aktifnya ketika ada 4 musuh / 4 temen si? Dan 300 yards nya itu jarak nembak / jarak sekitar musuh / temen? Mending mana chaos fighter sama cripling shoot buat rb, weekly & do?

Clam attack chip is my favorite cuz most of the time is hard to headshot player or moving target, increase torsos damage is very good
and if you use biot howi or ft, that chip will always activate!
@@ArthurGamingSanctuary yes , especially for f2p this new belt just came out we don't have much option, unlike p2w player they just buy the crystal and gacha
I have a question.. I have 2 chips fearless and concentrated attached and for 3rd one i am confused with invincible,crippling and simple loadout(thats all i have right now) so which will be better for pve as other two has condition except load out.. And yeah i am f2p so damge matters😁😁.
dmg of special bullet in special forces expert can increase virus bullets dmg
Bro I got thunder strike chip is it good for area ops there we can headshot u know right so it better to use or not my chaos fighter is already max,fearless is also max but concentrated strike is lvl 4 so if its good which chip should I replace concentrated strike or Chaos fighter?
Thunder Strike have chance to redirect bullets to make it count as headshots.
yes, but in PVE you will need to shoot boss bubbles as well, for some bosses it will works well!

Nice video but I don't understand the last coz fearless warrior skill is just for warriors right? Then the 18% DMG bonus won't work if using guns
it work for non-warrior too.
yes it works, its just the name warrior, but the dmg bonus is universal

the A and S tier chip is the one you should get
I am f2p and i have both courage mount and crit combo..upon testing in shooting range, crit combo deals more damage..why? Both are level 1
because crit combo increase your crit chance and crit damage, but when its inactive, courage is better

Yo uso concéntrated strike, fearless warrior y Simple loadout que me da 11% firing rate eso me a subido demaciado el daño en silent desert
@@Jfuentes381 no me ha salido ese de simple load. En ves de el tengo el que me aumenta daño Con compañeros cerca.
@@MICHI_COCA ese que dices solo es bueno para Silent desert o los de bajo nivel, pero igual es bueno en areas te da 6% mas xk tienes 3 compañeros en Silent si te da los 8%

Why isn't Special Forces Expert higher tier in PvP? Especially as Rifleman, with the other special bullet cd skills?
its very situational, since you might miss the special bullet on opponent, and it has cooldown where as other chip provide permanent bonus or stable bonus to your stat

@@aafsariqbal6353 I can see that...it's a pitty, it's a really fun game at the start, but then overtime, the devs decided to make the game ultra p2w which makes the game super hard for f2p players. I was hopping there's "some" sort of way to grind easier but no...Netease only cares about money

need Luck mostly, you can do FO everyweek you have a chance to get it after each bosses, and if you dont you will still get rare microcrystal for you to gacha for free
This is an old video and i just found out now. Im ok with your tier list except battlefield recovery and thunder strike should be in S tier in PVP. If you and your opponent is about the same in term of offense, defense and skill, those who do not use thunder strike will be the first one to die. 1 second stun is really big deal in pvp. Even when shooting torso with shotgun, thunder strike can be easily trigger. Getting 1s stun and you are basically dead because enemy next shot will confirm hit you. All 7 shrapnel. Battlefield recovery is very amazing in nancy and ctc especially when you are heavily P2W. Killing people is really easy for sultan and battlefield recovery do trigger a lot when there is many enemy for you to kill. But for training arena, battlefield recovery is not worth it. Because there is only 3 enemy. Better getting other defense chip if you want suvivability
yup i agree with what you said, i also use battlefield recovery on shelterland
as for thunderstrike, before we thought its reduced by vitality, but actually 1 full second stun so yea its gg in pvp, just ok in PVE

Yg crippling shoot bukannya lumayan bgs bang, krna setiap 12 detik ke trigger lg, brarti cuma butuh 6 detik aja crippling shootnha aktif lg, atau gimana bg?
harus keluar combat baru bsa aktif lagi, kalau ga keluar ga akan aktif lg mau 100 detik juga~
Jadi itu cuman aktif sekali aja dalam sekali combat misal dalam sekali AO ya pas detik 10(*5) doang aktif nya dan gak aktif lagi gitu ?

Just adding; rifleman skill for 120+ level, reloads after defeating ZB/players Triggers the Tactical Reload skill chip. That's an extra.
