Roughly two years ago, I watched this on a whim and it made me want to buy Sara's book. I was only familiar with Sara's hit songs back then. Now I'm [clearly] a huge fan of her work.. as well as her capacity for kindness. I'm just seriously so thankful we have a beautiful soul like Sara to look up to.

I couldn't help but cry throughout this whole thing...she's just amazing. Every answer was about how she wanted to explore new stuff and get deeper into her art. I feel like I connected with her on a much deeper level than just her beautiful lyrics and songs and witty comebacks and jokes. Sara deserves way more credit for her fantastic work, and she's always so humble about it. I'm glad that I'm a part of her fan base. She has my support 100%.

QUESTION! I always try to write songs, but I always feel like they come out like crap. How do you get past second guessing yourself while you're writing a song? Also, do you start with music or lyrics first?!
Margaret Jennings Idk the first part, but I do know that she almost always starts with music first. I believe "once upon a time" was one of her only songs that she did lyrics first.
It's amazing that Sara's expanding her horizons and wants to explore different forms of expression like she's already queen so the fact that she aspires to do even more is so inspiring
