I called university to ask for focal person details but the university said i can provide the university email, and stuffs so can i provide that? Or i have a Guardian in China... He is Chinese... Can i provide his details as focal person? Or maybe i can provide both...

I will suggest that you should get fully funded scholarship. Donot come with partial scholarship.

Yes. Better to attest the metric inter degree ( sanad) only. Not transcripts.
