I bought this bag (green + black ink blot color) and the shoulder straps are scratchy and rugged. Probably due to the mesh and stitching. Did yours feel that way at first? I wanted to love it, but the shoulder straps are such a deal breaker. 😔

I am considering purchasing this bag for air travel but am barely 5 feet. How comfortable are the backpack straps on you while the bag is fully packed?

I’m only 4’9.75” and it’s a BIG bag. The straps are padded slightly and wide so they do offer some comfort. It is a nuisance I’ve noticed opening the bottom compartment when it’s on the floor. Hope that helps!

Thanks for your help! Might need something with better backpack straps for the airport as I am going to be struggling with my kids too.
