This is a film I feel everyone should watch. Even the people outside of the anime sphere.
Fr it also should've won the Oscar instead of Boss Baby
It is arguably one of the greatest films of all time.

*A Silent Voice* is one of the few Anime Movies i consider 10/10, It's really close to my Heart, It's been something that has affected me alot on personal levels ever since i watched it for the first time back when i was still a teenager & kept finding myself getting back to it, The Writing is just so damn Perfect & makes you feel Hopeful (something imo only few animes can actually get right or else it's just played mostly as something corny without any good writing)
I JUST LOVE IT SOOO MUCH, ONE OF MY TOP 3 FAVOURITE ANIME MOVIES OF ALL TIME 🛐
A Silent Voice is truly one of the greatest films made.
I shown this film to 8th and 9th graders where we had issues with bullying. Yeah problem solved.
Along with grave of the fireflies these two films should be mandatory in school.
Gotta watch 'I want to eat your pancreas'. A weird name for another great movie.

This is one of my favorites, like thes silent voice. I give it 1 point above that however, because 'I want to eat your pancreas' has includeed modern 100% accurate stuff in it, I personally know. Of course Silent Voice has that too, but it is just a little bit more powerful if you have closer personal connection.

I am glad you liked this one, I loved the redemption story
Naoko Yamada (who directed the movie) is a true genius! I don't think anyone else could have done a better movie adaption of this manga. She is a master of conveying feelings with just body movements, eyes and the small things we pick up unconsciously. A great movie of course, but I really recommend you to read the manga. It goes even deeper into the characters, the story and the emotions. It's not often I cry when reading a comic book of a manga but this one hit me hard! 😃
