Women it's good to have dat self love, confidence for urself.but also Pls practise accepting healthy criticisms, use ur sound discernment and judgement. donot think being unhealthy is ok. Pls do take care of ur body. World out der is not wot u think in ur comfort zone. Ur critics are real ppl in this regard. They r jus giving u the reality of tis world. I initially tot my father was very critical of my body type. But den he knew I wud challenge myself to take care of myself n now am thankful to his vision for me.
