I noticed that a large portion of your photo-editing videos consists of portraits. How well does Lumina Neo Noiseless AI preserve details in people's eyes while removing noise? I've tried other leading denoise softwares and I'm having trouble finding one that will both preserve the details of the eyes while removing noise.

My photos looks totally different in different screens. I embed sRGB and use sRGB profile in photoshop, but it doesn’t do the trick. Appreciate if you could help.
I believe I have seen you using a drawing pad for photo editing with your Mac. Which ones do you use??? I’m interested in trying the drawing pad, but the idea of it scares me! 🤣🤣
I’m happy you’re getting paid Julia, but I would advise everyone against buying Skylum products, at least until they understand their business model. In the past few years they released Luminar 4, then ditched it, Luminar AI, then ditched it, and now Luminar Neo. The previous two softwares were buggy and not worth the money, and instead of updating them, they just used the money to develop a new program and gave existing customers the middle finger (two times!) Even with Luminar NEO they’ve already begun selling new features as DLC’s, meaning you have to pay extra for updates. They’re showing that they don’t give a F about existing customers. All they’re about is raking in new money.
I got Luminar 4 a while back just for the sky replacement feature as photoshop did not have it at the time and it seemed like an ok solution given that there was no annual subscription and you could do most of the adjustments seen in Lightroom. Then they announced Luminar Neo pre-sale which I got for $49USD for 2 seats but still did not get around to installing it. Right now if you want to get into the Luminar Neo workflow, you're looking at $116 USD (Lifetime license) or $16USD monthly service, and both are per user. In addition, let's say you want to use HDR merge or noise removal plugin, all these are additional plugins that will cost you an additional $73USD per year (renews at $95). So to get started, you're looking at $116 + $73, a total of $189. There is an option to buy both Luminar Neo and extensions lifetime license for $361 but that's a hefty price tag for a lightroom like software that may not be around in 2 years from now . Right now, Adobe Photography Plan which includes Lightroom and Photoshop costs me $100 USD / year which is significantly better value, offers exponentially more features and you can rest assured that it will keep receving new updates.. In addition, the plan can be used on two machines.
I feel the same when they said back ground removal AI is part of Luminar NEO and now they are asking for money for Background removal AI extension, I would certainly will not buy their software again
i find luminar Neo as a great editing software but its too slow most of the times. i mean CPU usage goes to 90-100% and my hardware is not bad. 3060 12 GB and 32 GB ram
Nah, just applies a soft mask badly to everything and removes too much detail for my liking… No distinction between adding detail back to skin or sky, unless you do brush masking same as Photoshop.
Luminar Neo is such a disappointing software. For every new tool skylum has come out with they have something removed from their previous version which they abandon without fixing bugs users complain about for months on end. Luminar 4 was the last decent software Skylum released. Luminar AI and now Neo are another cashgrab for new users who know nothing of Skylum's checkered history. I'd highly advise photographers to look elsewhere for their editing needs.

Luminar products are so slow they are unusable, even on my 16gb gaming computer. Common issue stay away from this.
