I think most people see photos of Victorian women with super tiny waists and elect to ignore their actual historical purpose, boob and back support! (Those photos were usually faked anyway, a youtuber named Karolina Zebrowska made a video about it)

The waist cincher is basically an underbust corset. When you get it on, stretch your arms to the sky and lean side to side to help give you more rib freedom to breathe with. I recommend a normal underbust corset over a non-boned cincher. It's so much better for your body.
Sugar Bear: both Dermatologist Channel "Dr Dray" and Hair Stylist Channel "Brad Mondo" have both said the only effect you get from it is a placebo. It works because the power of the brain is much more effective than the sugar and crap (Dr. Dray's opinion) in the gummies.
Magnum comes in packs of 4 where I live and a corset is a better way to reduce your waist because you slowly tighten it over time until your waist is the way you want it and it’s shaped to your body. Plus the zipper version is easier to use.
You guys should check out Jameela Jamil and what she has to say about the Kardashians and the products they endorse, I think it'd be interesting to address a perspective like hers too

Corsets actually work better if you have a little bit of squish room, that's how sound guy is able to wear the same corset. His torso is also longer than Lily's so it sits in a different place.
the best is wearing a waist trainer and a back brace at the same time, i wear them for an entire day at least once every 2 weeks and improves posture, just get the right size and shape

Thats not a corset its a girdle, corsets have steel boning inside that reduce your waist size by 2-6 inches. The reason why girdles are good for every day wear is because they are made of neoprene so they make you sweat, and can help you stop fat from forming in that area, a corset won't do that. If you are a serious corset waist trainer you can mold your body to a more hour glass shape but this takes months of every day wear, it does shift your organs and your slightly ribs but it is actually not harmful and won't affect your health unless you try to go lower than 20 inches.
I haven't watched clevver in about 6 months and lilly looks so so good she was always good looking but she literally looks so thin but almost 2 thin this is a good look for her but I wouldn't go any smaller
Those of us who grew up with mothers like mine were introduced to corsets much youngerbecause they are easier to get used to it you start about age 10 - 12.

she explained it on insta but always had a high metabolism and once she started walking/running more it sorta happened, so it's not that fascinating
