After soaking the turn shoe to soften it turn it the right way....how do you dry the shoe? I know if it is dried to quickly it becomes brittle and if not dried quick enough it becomes mouldy
Do you sell the raw leather as you are clsed in 2022 so i want to try to make my own. Tack
What sort of leather do you use for the upper part?
Veg. tand goats leather
@@JesBones Do you have a recommended thickness? I've tried a few types but still struggling.
@@Afterimagedan I use 2-2,5mm thickness for the upper. For the soles I use 5mm leather
Do you always work from scratch like this or is this more of a demonstration of the traditional methods?
This is a demonstration. In my workshop I use modern tools, patterns ect.
