Why isn't prowlarr/radarr/sonarr all integrated into one application? Why a separate app and UI for each? Maybe in the future?

Yes. Record lines and cut them out if they're wasting time. Everyone would rather a 20 minute video packed with details than an 8 minute video with 5 minutes being wasted.
I'd never recommend something like sponsorblock that highlights places on the seekbar from submissions by other users indicating where a highlight is! My evil twin brother would, but definitely not me.

@@Stoney_Eagle All my interesting traffic is using SSL anyway, regardless of the type (swarm or groups), it's a check box for anything. That's enough for me, my ISP can sniff SSL packets all day.

Adding indexers individual on each service I kept running into issue after issue. Prowlarr made it so freaking easy, and adding or removing indexers in one place and in replicated the change to radarr and sonarr. Now do an integration video for OMBI
Ombi is trash. See my other comment above about Overseer. Does more, works better, and is very pretty.

You started the sonarr. That sent me down the arrr hole. I now have prowlarr/sonarr/radarr running to automate my entire library.... Canceled all my tv providers and streaming... Allegedly.... ;) These products are amazing...

@@bigbigspoon I haven't heard of overseer... Checking out now. I also then put Ombi on the front end and it ties all the arr back together to automate for my family what they want to watch.

@@MikeHarris1984 You will see. Ombi is ok, but Overseer is amazing. You can use Overseer as the same thing. You can also connected Tautulli's data to it to help customize the suggestions. Many of us in BMB's discord love it and have ditched Ombi.

No. That is a downloader. TLDR this is a list manager for where the files that are being obtained are located. Radarr/Sonarr -> to Prowler Hey, where's that movie/show. Prowler -> let me review my lists you have placed in here...hmmm. It's over there at blank.com/sdfokjlhsdlf. Sonarr/Radarr -> SaBNZBD Hey go get this file in this location/locations (Torrent vs Usenet). SabNZBD to Sonarr/Radarr -> Hey I am done downloading and put the file/files/zipped container in this folder you asked me to. Radarr/Sonarr move/copies/unzippes the file to Plex's library and renames it before it does. Plex -> We have a new movie. YAY

I followed your steps, but I am getting the following error message when I try to add most of the indexes "Unable to connect to indexer, please check your DNS settings and ensure IPv6 is working or disabled. The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception."
I don't use IPv6 and I tried to set-up a proxy but still getting the same error. Any idea why?

you have to try different sites and then use the drop down to try the different base URL's got it to work.
I never got the difference between Radarr and Prowlarr. Is there a reason to use both?
Radarr for downloading movies
Sonarr for downloading tv shows
Prowlarr for telling Radarr and Sonarr where to get those shows/movies from

I still can’t get other dockers to run through the vpn of deluge. Can you do I video on that? I tried it once and it orphaned some of the dockers!
i tried this for hours using all the tutorials last week that i could find, i dont think it works anymore tbh
I too have been messing about with this, I can get Jackett to run through it. By having network_mode: "container:delugevpn" and no port listed, and then in delugeVPN list the port for Jackett.
I expect we might have to change to the proxy thing going forward, my VPN mode is wireguard.
Why are people running radarr, sonarr etc through a VPN? I get download clients but no real need to run radarr, sonarr or lidarr through one
In some countries the indexers are actually blocked at an ISP level. In the UK for example many of the popular torrent and nzb sites are inaccessible on the major ISPs because the government told them to block them. So a VPN allows those indexers to be used.
Is there a pc version instead of unraid?

Think I may need some help here... I set everything up just as told in all of the 4 videos and somehow, prowlarr refuses to communicate with sonar and radar. Checking for Connectivity inside prowlarr works. But both programs indicate, that they are missing indexes. Shouldn't thos 3 programs interconnect with each other?

same here. I can get each to work individually, but when i try to add the apps to prowlarr, and populate the api key, I hit test and it won't connect
I can get the ARRs to work independently, and the API key with Radarr went into SABnzbd fine, but when I try to add Sonarr/Radarr/Lidarr to Prowlarr, I put in the ip and port of the application, and the respective API keys into Prowlarr, I hit "TEST" and it fails every time. What could be causing this?
I figured it out if anyone else has this issue: the ARRs want the internal ip of your docker or NAS setup if running in some sort of container, not the IP of the host system and port of the app

Had me excited for a second. I set up my "Download Clients" pretty easily. But when I went to the "Connect" section, there is not one for Plex like there is for Sonarr/Radarr, so - guess I'm out?

You don't really need that. It's a hold-over from the Arr UI template. Prowlarr won't be interacting with your download clients.
Prowlarr has no business with Plex.
