Thank you very much! Although I do have to disclose, I was in radio and television broadcasting for almost 30 years. So, when I left the “biz“, TH-cam seemed a natural Segway. Thanks for the subscribe. I hope you’ll share the channel with others.
Great video on Eureka Springs! That Chapel looks identical to the anthony chapel in Hot Springs @garvan gardens. The Blue Pools of water looked awesome!
Thank you!! The chapel is almost identical. There are like 6 of these kind of chapels. All are basically the same basic construction style. It seems the difference comes in the size and woodwork details.
Thank you very much!! I was in radio and television for 25 years....so it was a blessing! Thanks for watching. If you liked the video, please subscribe! Take care!!
Beautiful town but you’d better be in good shape. Walking their streets is a challenge because of the hilly streets. It is a weekend place too. Friday nights and Saturday is really busy. Nice place to visit.
@@normabarrigan6377 You’re very welcome. I most certainly appreciate that. By way of full disclosure, I was in radio and television for about 25 years. 😀😀 I’m glad you enjoyed the video, and I hope you subscribed to our channel.
I used to work at the Crescent Hotel for three years & never experience anything creepy, it’s not haunted, it’s just all hype for you to spend money on the ghost tour. The guides got the ghost act down so good that by the end of the tour you’ll swear you seen a ghost. But like you said “I didn’t see no ghosts” because there isn’t any!
@@AnyWayYouTravel I am sooooooo glad you said that. I’m so tired of people swearing how haunted the Crescent Hotel is. When I started working there, there was no mention of it ever being haunted, then in 1996 when the Roenigk’s bought it & fixed it up they started loosing money, when they learned about the history of the hospital & the people that died there, the Roenigk’s formed the idea about spreading the haunted hype. So for the last 20 years they started the ghost tour & the alleged hauntings & it took off from there, & the hotel started turning a profit. When I worked there the “morgue” was the maintenance shop & the cooler was the tool crib, they moved the shop & decorated it for the haunting. None of the maintenance men ever reported any ghosts in the shop before that back then. The has been going on so long that everybody in America believes it’s haunted.
There are a lot of people who haven’t seen the things I featured. Some of them they had, but if you remember to the beginning of the video, I said I’m going to cover some of the popular things but also gonna take you off the beat path. But, thanks for watching!
Truly has. Just visited today and it is inescapable and over the top. Had a nice time looking around and loved the old buildings and streets, but I won’t be going back.
The fact gay folks live here started in the 1960’s. You begrudge this one tiny town in the state being a safe haven for people deemed as undesirable by the flock? It’s the only place in the state I would live. Go tour Harrison. You’ll love it. 😂
I love that place!❤❤❤❤

Hardly off the beaten path, been popular for decades

Didn’t your mother teach you “if you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say anything at all”?
It's turned into another san fransisco.
