Tyrhold + Storm Peaks (Music Mix) - WoW: Dragonflight Music

I noticed that a certain melody from WotLK has made a return in Dragonflight. Mainly, the themes from Storm Peak are being referenced in the "Thaldraszus Titan" tracks. The one that seems most prominent is the "Storm Peaks C" theme so I mainly focused the video on that one.

There's a Time Lost Proto-Drake in Thaldraszus. It's a corpse, but it's the same NPC with the mount in its loot table. You can't kill it though because it's already dead. There's another one in new Nagrand, but that's also a corpse.

One of my favorite melodies from Wrath! Glad they are resurrecting it and not letting it die like so many other great themes.
Curious why they are bringing this one back in the context of Thaldraszus, I always thought that melody represented the peace and solitude of Storm Peaks at night. Must be some sort of titan connection meant with its use here.

It's mostly heard around Tyrhold. I'm a little surprised they didn't use the Forged in Blood melody from Ulduar instead that's used for the Titans works, but I guess they wanted something more calm

@@popfloydplays788 For my part I've always associated this Storm Peaks melody with the Titans... so hearing it in Tyrhold was an utter delight!

Maybe because of its pourpose and connection with ulduar as the waters below are supposedly corrupted by yoggi and being purified there

I like more tame original ones tbh. Don't think it is as good as iron dwarves theme from the last raid of the legion.
