Yeah it’s getting nerfed next patch. 28 dmg per tick down to 26 dmg. But I don’t think much will change. These mobility builds with stalker are so busted for ganking it’s nuts.

By playing it
If you mean learn the skill to use meta - just play it
If you mean learning current meta builds - use TH-cam and go around mists, compare what you see in videos and in game
Also check out new updates , they can point what developers are keeping eyes on
