New York City unveils official trash bin

On Monday, New York City's Department of Sanitation unveiled the first-ever official trash pickup bin.
The city said it's the cheapest one of its quality. Whether residents get the official bin or buy on their own, any building with one to nine units will need to have one by Nov. 12, when new container rules go into effect.

Already, the homeless busted the lock on the one in front of my building and somehow managed to wire electricity to the inside to get a working light bulb and a hot plate. This city is an absolute joke.
