I was born and raised in Reno. This is my home. However, it has been getting super crowded and the place is getting ruined. But Reno is super fun! There is a lot of hobby’s and activities you can do. We can always fix up the place if needed. I now live in Elko, Nevada and is a super big change from Reno but both are cool places.

How you liking Elko? I'm currently living in Vegas and am dying to move up north but can't decide between the two fittingly enough haha, Reno and Elko. Any words of advise/ info would be MUCH appreciated!
@@angelvelez139 elko is more farm life and rural. Reno is more city like and industrial with a few rural areas / regions

Thank you for this! Been to Reno twice and absolutely love it. Stayed mainly in the Raleigh Heights area, my boyfriend's place was almost hit by the fire recently. Anyway, I plan to move there next year and this makes me extra excited!

Love the tour video. Are there HOA fees in the Sommerset, Copper View, Hidden Valley area, South Reno? What’s the average pricing in the Arlington area I believe in the midtown area? Also, please discuss the best hospitals around Reno and where there are located. Thanks in advance.
There are definitely HOA fees in majority of the developments and newer builds in Reno. Regarding hospitals, the main ones are Renown, St. Maries (downtown Reno) as well as Carson Nevada. South Reno also has a brand new full service hospital being built now and is to be complete early 2022.

Hey guys nice video. I'm moving to Reno december 23rd this Year(2021) I'm from Brazil, I'll be living there for a year and am looking for a cheap place to rent if possible near the Atlantis Resort, any tips ?
Hey Daniel, the rental market is anything but "cheap" at the moment. I would recommend renting a room out in a nicer neighborhood in order to save some money.
How it the medical care there? Thanks for your very helpful videos.
Reno currently has 2 full service hospitals, I am persoanlly not sure of the tier level, but UNR test wise we rank among the highest in the nation which means 0 if the nurses/physicians do not end up in Northern, NV. That being said Carson City also has a new facility and South Reno will have a brand new full service hospital that will be complete in 2022, bringing in close to 1500 medical field jobs.

How's the housing rentals or buying and job sector ?
To be honest rentals are a little tough at the moment. Very limited inventory with renting and buying. Pending the industry, employment is doing very well.
it's been a lot crazier than it used to be...there's been a lot of people moving here from california and rentals have skyrocketed. gonna have to move away unfortunately 🤷♀️

I love the video ! and Reno is such a great place and very underrated city in terms of the affordability, location and entertainment however I think there should be a non stop flight from RNO- anywhere in the bay. A lot of people not only are from CA, but many visit the casinos and would also rather fly than drive 3-4 hours

You aren't going to have those marsh lands very much longer. They are going to start construction very soon. It's appalling, those houses are in a flood plain but the officials couldn't care less. As for the horses? NOT everyone loves them and one of the developments will block their access to water. Its' despicable.
