Juneau and Boat Work / MV Havaseas - Nordhavn 55

On June 27, 2021, we returned to Juneau to visit with friends and finish some boat projects. We took a walk through Juneau on a sunny day. Here is our journey in our Nordhavn 55 with Distin our Havanese. Learning more everyday!

Great overview of Juneau. I’ve flow. In there 2 times and taken the ferry up to Skagway to hike the Chilkoot trail. It has changed a bit since the last time we were there! If Covid permits, we’ll be headed to Alaska in 2023. We’re up in Maine this summer. Michelle would love to get a tour of how you’ve organized pots & pans on your 55…

I will see what I can do on the pots and pans. My most genius decision was to use the upper blind corner for cookie pans, cutting boards and muffin tins. I just need to get a tray divider to make it even better. Thank you for following!

Thank you so much for the interesting walk around town...very interesting and enjoyable. I prefer your dog with a fluffy longer coat, but I guess you take it off in summer to keep the dog cool.

Actually.... I like a medium coat on Distin, but she doesn't like being brushed so we need to get the mats off now and then. Glad that you enjoyed the walk around....

Love the way you sleuthed out the fish. "I see a tail"....used to say the same thing in Venice Beach.
