Hi, I had the one from my company, it’s CIGNA insurance and we bought an additional one from Allianz. We just bought it online and it was ready in 5 minutes, price is depending on the days of the validity. For the 2nd PCR test, our hotel booked it for us, we will go to the Central phuket shopping mall where the PCR will be conducted. All the best!☺️

Hello po, wala naman pong financial proof required but check nyo po first if wala sa red list if traveling from PH, we came from UAE po kasi but PH passport too.

Hi, pre-approval took 3 days, COE was received after 4 days. Going to the embassy might help, my friend went there and COE was received after 2 hours

Hi Fri , I already booked hotel , I summit PSAS covid text it's need SHABA ID , I content by email to get SHABA id , they are not sure about it, how long did you wait to get SHABA id , if you have time please let me know thanks
Try to call the hotel directly, I called our booked hotel and they sent me the shaba code in 2 hours

Yes pwede po and no quarantine din basta negative ang PCR result. We got our insurance from Allianz, available sya ng online purchase
