Very good and informative video. I am building my first Salon Suite rentals now. I will have 27 suites in about 5,600 Sq. Ft space with rentable 3,200 sq. ft. I am little puzzled about installing washbowls in Every Suite or not. What should be a good mix of tenants between stylists, eye lashes, laser hair removal, massage and barbers?

@@stephaniemitchellbeautypro construction is well on it way and we are installing plumbing points in every room. Just incase we need to install a wash bowl on a later date

She was knowledgeable but seemed very negative.

Oh really? I didn't find her negative at all, but it could be that Nina just tries to temper excitement with realism so you've got a clear picture of what it takes to go out on your own. Totally do-able! Thanks for watching, Cathy!

I was hoping that someone said this in the comments. Very discouraging and not as complicated as she’s making it.

It takes at least 100,000 dollars to open up a salon suite it’ll take the average person at least 6 years to save that. That’s insane. You’d be forever trying to launch a business.

I don’t agreee. Cost me $7k with highend furnishings and deposit. Many suite franchises offer a shampoo bowl and chair. I bought all of it plus mirror and some nice custom cabinets. 100k?? Maybe a huge retail location with multiple chairs.

Um no lol… salon suites rent by the week and are typically $1000 a week. Do some more research love

What? I’m moving to a salon suite it’s $205 a week. And then furniture it comes with a chair and shampoo bowl all of that
