5:43 音が割れているように感じました（えっ？本当にJBL製？と疑ってしまった）。8:35 KenRickSoundを聴いて、ホッと安心しました（ちょっと高音が出過ぎているかなぁ？と思ったけど、このスピーカーの個性でしょうね）。動画Up、ありがとうございます。今日も、いい音を聴けました。
聴力の衰えた老人の私にもＢのスピーカーの立ち上りやキレの良さが分かりました。
ツィーターを強力の物に変えられたのと、クロスオーバーを単純な回路に変更して位相の管理とエネルギーのロスを最小に抑えられたのでは無いかと推察しています。
素晴らしいです。
画面をふたつ開いて切り替えながら聴いてみました。
1曲目、オリジナルは強いアタックが入ると高域が割れちゃってますね。KRSはそんなこともなく楽器がより近い位置で鳴っているように感じました。
2曲目の女性ボーカル、KRSサウンドはより声帯が開いていると言うか伸びやかです。reverbも深く掛かっていて別のテイクを聴いているようでした。
一聴瞭然。（比較すれば）ドンシャリのオリジナル。雰囲気（音の質感）をしっかり再現するケンリックさん
I think the original sounds better. Speaker B has more forward mids, but speaker A has a better overall balance.

Whether it's better or worse I don't know, but I liked the original better.
B has lost warmth and sounds a bit hollow but clearer. I don't like both anyways. 😅 These are not speakers to send to kenrick sound to pimp up. But it also depends on what the customer wanted kenrick sound to do with these.

Whether either sounds better is subjective but "B" highs are crisper. The notes have more air more space. Note at point 9.00 the drums are more realistic and the bass not so rounded. An upgrade worth it but dare I say at a cost.
The Kenrick sound is clean and clear more than original sound.
Absolutely KENRICK “A” is much better on the wider range and clearness!!

動画を測定するとＡもＢも、ほぼ同じ音量になってるが(ピークと平均値)
聴いた感じだとＢの音圧が高く感じる。
Ａはエレクトリックなイメージの音だが、Ｂはライブ感が凄い。
いつも思うのですが、録音が上手すぎるので
違いがバンバン伝わってきてます。

It’s like a total difference between them. The second speaker is alive ! I didn’t even like A . The B is full and lively, you hear everything. Clean an very impressive ! Very nice , your customer will be very Happy !
The Kenrick is on another level compared to the original. No question. There's more of everything to be heard.
The original jbl has superior tonal balance. More musical and safe does not produce fatigue when listening. A pity that the owner modified such a beautiful speaker.
The Original JBL is a clear winner. Sounds controlled and the female vocal is more natural.

オリジナルの方がＪＢＬらしい音。当時のチタンツイーターの音を思い出しました。
右はハイレゾ感出てる、左は僕の好きなドンシャリ…しかし超大音量にした場合は右の勝ち。
ケンリックさんは、大音量で実力を発揮させます。
B has a cupped hands coloration and sounds a bit veiled while A is more immediate sounding and neutral if a bit bright in the highs. Early metals domes do like to sizzle.

もう少し減衰しないと、ツイーターが無理してるように聴こえるのは気の所為でしょうか？
この時代のJBLの音が苦手だったのは、間違いじゃなかったのかなぁ…
二曲目のVoも、タ行がチャキチャキ鳴ってます。
右は、破綻無く全てを出し切っています。
まろやかなので、JBLサウンドというよりはケンリックサウンドさんの音だと思います。
デザインがEuropeanなので、こっちの音が正解かと思いますね(^^)
更に鳴らし込むと、面白そうです！

The new version seems pretty precise and a bit cold to me. I would say it sounds better but more like a studio monitor. I heard that they are naturally unforgiving and paired with some equipment may be even a bit "abrasive".
左のオリジナルは、やはりJBLの音。右は解像度は、ずっといいけど、JBLからは離れた音。まあ、これが今風なのかな

基本的にT-1000のウーハーがしょぼすぎる UPグレードではKSオリジナルのツイーターの存在が圧倒的 ネットワークのUGで奥行き再現が別物ですね🙂

What is the source ? I listened with Beyer headphones some distortion can be heard on both A & B speakers it sounds like an amplification stage is being overdriven. That said A&B are very different.
A original. Encontré sonido menos detallado, pero más agradable al oído. B me cansé escuchando unos pocos segundos.

明顯B的高音分頻點比較低了造成分音沒那麼明顯 雖然乍聽之下聲音清楚 比較飽滿.但是比較不自然 人聲的表情都被吃掉了 A表現的歌唱情感就比較明顯抑揚頓挫很明瞭.原廠的分音還是有他獨到的地方 我覺得A喇叭自然點 B有點太刻意中間的頻段了
The "B" speakers hi section is a little bit too damped, smothed, and cleaned. By Your next tune in the crossover please use small bypass capacitors (teflon caps are really good of this). This can give a little bit "metallic scratchy" tone. Even the best capacitors can be "lazy" if they have a great value of capacity, even if they are Mundorf silver-gold oil caps with a rellay good tanĐ. The "A" speaker have much natural presentation by the female vocal.
The Original JBL sounds more natural in every respect. The KENRICK SOUND emphasizes the highs far too much, the mids come in too late and are decoupled from the bass. It sounds absolutely artificial and overly analytical across the entire spectrum. A speaker that sounds so obtrusive overall that you don't want to listen to it for a long time.
The update sounds worse, despite the clarity, except that in comparison everything was warmed up in 500 hours. Silver conductors take twice as long to heat up as copper conductors. Thank you, sorry!

Kenrick version is so much better, substantially tighter bass, more transparent and less distorted. My only complaint is that both versions are to treble forward to my liking. But I’m sure this is one of these things which can be tailor made according to customer wishes.
A is much natural, B is too hard.

こんな事言うと 怒られそうだけど ここまでの知識や技術があるなら もうケンリックオリジナルスピーカー作ればと思うのは野暮かな。(勿論 ユーザーの愛着のあるスピーカーの修理やグレードアップに意味があるのは充分わかるが)
