Most people on this medicine should know this, but there are some that don’t look at things to avoid. Definitely good of you to say they need to check with their doctor before taking.

The range is mind-boggling and there are some really chic and modern frames , in any sizes, material, colours. At very reasonnable prices. A good decoration tip : take an unbiased look at all your pictures : aren't some too old, tarnished, bland ? wouldn't your beloved ones feel happier surrounded by lovely, modern, bright frames ? And it'll bring a lot of "fresh air" into your lounge. For little expense, a quick and easy renovation. However if you live in a town with a photo studio, do turn to them for frames and help a profession that's struggling a lot since the digital revolution.
The thing I never knew I always needed and can’t live without from Amazon is the little plastic scraper tool; they have different ones, but I think regardless of the brand, it’s the most amazing little gadget. I’ve used mine to scrape off food from pans, the floor (messy cats), as well as grime in your shower (if you rent, you know what I’m talking about), and when washing my cats’ litter boxes-the scraper thing gets all that cement-like litter off! And yet it’s virtually impossible to cut yourself!
Blinc mascara! Mascara, earrings and colored lip gloss are must have girly items. I love that Blinc creates a tube around your lash so it doesn’t pull it off when you remove it. However, it is also waterproof and still manages to not be clunky and look so natural. Love it!

Hi Shea! I’m sure you already have but just wanted to reiterate the importance of talking to your doctor about supplements even vitamins! A lot of people don’t realize certain vitamins (fat soluble vitamins) can accumulate to toxic levels in the body. Vitamin K especially can counteract certain medications that people are on, and can also cause things like stroke/heart attack/ blood clots in other parts of the body if you’re not careful! The thing I can't live w/o is the glass screen protector for my phone. It totally works I seem to drop my phone these days more then I ever did. The screen protector cracks and my phone is in perfect shape. 2 for 9.99 and although I seem to go through 2 every quarter I feel they have saved me thousands of dollars in having to replace my phone not to me tion the time involved with switching phones adding the apps back on and then trying to remember all of the passwords (and yes, I have the insurance on my phone but they limit you to 2 replacement phones per year).
Something I can't live without, Wi-Fi Outlet Sockets. I plugged in the lights in my bedroom, lights in the living room and other places where if I'm comfortable I can use my phone or ipad to turn the light on or off. I also have other things plugged in like a fan or whatever thing I want to have the convince of turning on and off and not be in the room. Most work with alexa and siri but i don't have one of those so I use my ipad. I can turn the light on in my room before walking up the stairs so I don't have to turn the hall light and it's great when my baby is asleep in my arms, I get a little light and he stays asleep. I also have a light that we got at ikea that you're supposed to hang it from the ceiling but its just a long cord with a light bulb at the end. we plugged that into the office and put a colored light so when I need help and my hubby is working I can turn it on and he'll see it. he wears headphones to do meetings so he can't hear if I yell but I turn the light on and he comes and helps me with whatever I need. I also love that if I'm in bed I don't have to get up when I want to turn the light in the corner off.

My favorite purchases were a bidet we bought 7 months ago and my boyfriend and I can’t stop raving about it and a newer purchase is a silicone air fryer insert that isn’t flammable like some of the parchment paper inserts and you can just toss in the dishwasher without having to wash out the air fryer… they both just make life a little easier

The thing I can't live w/o is the glass screen protector for my phone. It totally works I seem to drop my phone these days more then I ever did. The screen protector cracks and my phone is in perfect shape. 2 for 9.99 and although I seem to go through 2 every quarter I feel they have saved me thousands of dollars in having to replace my phone not to me tion the time involved with switching phones adding the apps back on and then trying to remember all of the passwords (and yes, I have the insurance on my phone but they limit you to 2 replacement phones per year).

Something I can't live without, Wi-Fi Outlet Sockets. I plugged in the lights in my bedroom, lights in the living room and other places where if I'm comfortable I can use my phone or ipad to turn the light on or off. I also have other things plugged in like a fan or whatever thing I want to have the convince of turning on and off and not be in the room. Most work with alexa and siri but i don't have one of those so I use my ipad. I can turn the light on in my room before walking up the stairs so I don't have to turn the hall light and it's great when my baby is asleep in my arms, I get a little light and he stays asleep. I also have a light that we got at ikea that you're supposed to hang it from the ceiling but its just a long cord with a light bulb at the end. we plugged that into the office and put a colored light so when I need help and my hubby is working I can turn it on and he'll see it. he wears headphones to do meetings so he can't hear if I yell but I turn the light on and he comes and helps me with whatever I need. I also love that if I'm in bed I don't have to get up when I want to turn the light in the corner off.
