I feel you with the "why am i randomly weaker" frustration - usually when that hits with breakdancing, i really just gotta lock in and focus, have fun with it, and/or drop my guard and be willing to get a little hurt for the sake of the move... or its just a garbage day and my moves flop cause they feel like it 😭
You're lucky. Only 100 lbs. We are not as lucky as Americans. We measure weight in kilograms. So instead of a 100 lbs barbell, we have to bench press a 100-kg barbell. I have a couple of questions. Where do you live and what do you do? You usually go to the gym in the evenings. What do you do during the day?
really?? i thought most bars start out at the 22kg/45lbs?? please elaborate i’m intrigued lol. and I live on the east coast here in the US. I work in sales and also of course create content. my main platforms are here, instagram, and tik tok!
i know that’s why i said most bars, like what most of us here would consider standard. i know about the “girl bar” but based off what he was saying i was using our standard as a reference.

Dude didnt tell you but you have a weaker side. your right side is weaker. what would help you if you did the flat bench with dumbells it helps you to begin to even out ur lifts..
oh trust i know i got that weaker side lol i’ve even called attention to it in another one of my videos where i was benching. but yeah i’ve been working on it
