Tip guys: it's not just about being nose or tail heavy (center of mass) you also need to watch the center of thrust. I think that may be the reason for most of your planes flipping around.

Ross, your Center of Lift is wayyy to far forward. You want CoL to be the same as CoG (center of gravity) for the flying wing, you need yaw stability (rudders) to avoid slideslipping (flying sideways)

Yes, they are relative and work together to make an aircraft move properly. But each has an effect on the aircraft, so you cant "say either". The thrust being off will not cause the same thing as the mass being off.

If you can build boat, do a triathlon(driving, sailing(?) and flying). If not, do a triathlon with a car (4 or more wheels), a bike, and a plane.

In terms of challenges, surely the obvious one would be to make both blueprints from the same parts as you transform between them.

Make jets like Smith's and put guns on them and have rounds of dogfights where you're only allowed to add any amount of one object between rounds.
