    Abeokuta as capital. To mention but few of these guys, you have; FELA KUTI, ABIOLA (MKO), OBASANJO-(former president of Nigeria), etc

    Nice Oriki indeed.. I'm from Isale Igbehin itoku area in Abeokuta but live in states.. been here for 15 years now. Still visit home twice a year. I love my Abeokuta people, especially our enriched culture..I'm Lisabi great--great grandson :) Egba re wa for life

    Really nothing like culture.This must be well preserved so that it does not fade away.It reminds me of where I hail from.Ogunmakin in Obafemi Owode area...,Incidentally, here in foreign land they have culturally preserved their heritage and yet we embraced it. This music is lovely! and I like it. Thank you Ajobiewe ,thank you Ayo Ewebiyi...

    my head is swelling here in ny,usa......whether u from ake, ibara, ikereku ,egbado...egba ni egba .. (you are egba regardleess of your neiboorhood).. i am egbado and am proud.....cheeck out that mans foot work.. best i ve seen in this roruba oriki thing

    I really love this oriki of egba though I'm not an indigine of egba but my daughter is an indigine of egba so anytime she's crying I always play this for her and when she start listening to the oriki she will stop crying and start laughing and the laugh mean her head is swelling up thank you very much Daddy ajobiewe and the uploader of this video may God bless you

    I am a quarter Ẹgba. My maternal grandmother is from ofada but my paternal grandfather is from Kenta because we have Kenta in our family eulogy but don’t know where maternal grandfather and my paternal grandmother was Tapa. I just got to know we are from Oke Ona (paternal grandpa’s side)

    I enjoyed it so much, it reminded me of my grandmother whenever I did something right. She would praised me with oriki dialogue of our origin. She was from Itoku, from the famous Majekodunmi. Thanks for the memories.

      Yes from Abeokuta to abule egba in Lagos are egba land, the indigenes of ewekoro, itori, ifo, wasimi etc are all egbas and if you are going to Ibadan from Abeokuta, all the towns up to bakatari are egba people.
