You think that the US would come up with some kind of Technology that would intercept the radio comms during these fights with enemies even if it's in a different language have this technology decrypted and repeat everything in the cockpit of what the other pilot or enemy adversary is talking about to have the leg up on the situation kind of per se

way to much information at the conflict level the mental ability to do so many tasks is limited and you start throwing more information into they'll just tune it out.

Decisions are made in literally fractions of a second. By the time you intercepted, decrypted, translated and told the pilot about the transmission….its worthless and 3 other radio transmissions have been made.

I mean you use it on the battlefield why wouldn't you use it in the air combat field
