Unfortunately, this is not the same technique that is used for liquids. Here there is a kind of flexible outer skin and with liquids you use an extremely large number of particles and then form the geometry from the coherent surface :)

Yes, that could be really fun. But I think soft body in games is not so easy because a lot of calculations have to be done.

How mich time will it take in render?
In most cases I write the render times in the description of the individual videos ;)
It would be a great experiment to see the viscosity slightly weaker and watch pieces of the blobs break off and get smaller.
