    Merci beaucoup for the video. I think you're the first person in the world to do a hands on review!
    Some questions:
    -- Is it possible to send NDI video to the NET port on the back? For instance, if I have an HDMI source, could I convert it to ethernet, then plug it into the mixer this way?
    -- Is there any way to switch remotely?
    Thanks for your help!

      Thanks for your feedback.
      1a - I’m just a DJ, « new » to video world, and I don’t know how to use NDI protocol.
      What I can tell is that you can apply a URL input ( like a rtmp video from OBS ) into the Streamix, I think I talked about that in the video
      1b - sure, you take a H.D.M.I. > ethernet > ethernet > H.D.M.I. product ( up to 50m I think ) and you can do that. Or a HF kit like MARS 400s
      2 - I don’t think so. But I had a « prototype » unit so may be one day it could be done.
      I have that with my Roland V1HD and an iPad

    Another quick question: background music!
    Say you're streaming an event, and you want to have music playing before the event starts. What's the best way to play music? I guess I'm thinking of the way that the Roland VR-1HD has a dedicated "background music" button.

    • @DJSTUFF
      @DJSTUFF  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mmm good question.
      I will try to put some music on the channel DDR and see what it will do.

    • @DJSTUFF
      @DJSTUFF  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Just tested… no possibility like that, this channel only accept video files. 🤷‍♂️

    • @DJSTUFF
      @DJSTUFF  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      BUT !
      If you have something connected, like a computer or smartphone on a other channel, you can play music from there, switch an other channel then mute the music when you don’t need anymore.

      @@DJSTUFF another quick question when we attempt to connect to the streamix via cellphone we are able to connect the app but when we hit the button to activate it says "push failed" using various networks and phones... The main problem is that I don’t have the unit anymore :-/
      To have the camera of your phone you should use directly the onboard wifi of the device. And with the dedicate app on the phone. I remember doing this like that.

      Don’t worry, take a Blackmagic UpDownCross and you can manage in SDI.

      The UpDownCross allows you to do H.D.M.I. > SDI or SDI > H.D.M.I. If you need 3 H.D.M.I. then you will need H.D.M.I. > SDI so you will have 2 H.D.M.I. and 1 H.D.M.I. into SDI.
