    Thanks for sharing this amazing interview of such a great Bahamian musical pioneer. Every word that he said was so true and yet so sad. I am from the Turks and Caicos Islands and we share the same culture, foods and music. The same thing is happening here in Turks. North American culture is taking over and it is so painful to watch. Not only through music but also in our culture. And of all the things the younger generation taking from the American culture they want the bad stuff. Like being gangster, walking with they pants falling off they butt, gold teeth (grillz) in their mouth, and the list of nonsense goes on and on. Anyway let me stop running on, keep up the good work and at least trying to keep the culture alive.

      AGREE...I'M FROM THE STATES I BEEN TRAVELING TO THE CARRIBEAN FOR YEARS....I MISS THE OLD CULTURE FLAVOR NO I DON'T WANT TO SEE OR HEAR GANGTER WRAP OR PANTS SAGGING...BRING BACK STILL BANDS ON THE BEACH😇

    What this man is saying is so true! In Nassau Bahamian culture is dying and spoon in a few years it won't be here anymore and will be replaced by American and Jamaican culture.
