I find Save the Earth is much better than Unleashed in my opinion. Unfortunately, my copy of Save the Earth is scratched somehow to the point its unplayable. Also I want them to make a new Godzilla game, like this only more monsters, more refined controls, and of course better graphics. Could you imagine on an Xbox One, PS4, or a really good gaming PC? *mindblown*

The Superior Spider-Mew mine too, though my game was scratch due to me being an idiot for not knowing on what NOT to do when handling gaming disc. Now I know better. It still hurts me that I lost my game.
The Superior Spider-Mew Yes actually I have Save the Earth as well but it is damaged now. Destroy All Monsters is the closest I have to it now, I have the Wii version of Unleashed but it is not the same.

I really wish his rage attack is to open his mouth large enough, like how he did in the movie, to eat whatever monster he's fighting and temporarily absorb their resoective power.

Looking back Jet Jaguar was given some pretty fancy animations. His inclusion was spotlighted pretty heavily now that I think about it, pretty sure he was on the front AND back covers on both the NA and Japanese versions.
Jet Jaguar is really popular, and he's pretty fucking cool and all plus he makes the most sense to include in a FIGHTING game but now it seems to me like he was meant to be a selling point here and I don't get why when kaiju like Biollante got scrapped. I know it was something about console limitations but that doesn't seem right when you see how far they got into making her.

@@TaragonHelos According to an interview with Simon Strange back in 2005, he said Biollante was cut for "political" reasons. Biollante was 100% working before getting cut.
Most likely they had to scrap her because of bot having her license in time of release. Which is why some areas like Antarctica and special challenges like Rodan's canyon was scrapped

Godzilla 90s rage goes the hardest
Most rage attacks are meant for multiple enemies it seems while a select few like Godzilla 90's is mostly for one, although you could aim it at another while his red atomic breath is still going it seems

I kinda wished Mothra(Imago) had her Reflecting scales lighting attack for her rage move. Mothra (Larva) should’ve had her chest beam from Rebirth of Mothra or her Shocking Silk spray from that movie as well.
Yes! The reflecting scales have definitely been used better in these games and the lightning arcs she can create. I wish she even had a Rage. A good one would've been when she glows with golden light and charges the enemy like in Rebirth of Mothra. And Larva Mothra could the energized silk as you said or the body beam.

I swear, the rage attack of godzilla 2000 exactly look like godzilla legendary rage attack
It basically is the same, only the Fire Godzilla in that movie is also imbued with Mothra’s incomprehensible kinda energy, making it extra powerful. But that Nuclear Pulse is something which Godzilla 2000 did in his respective movie, so it came first.
For anyone watching this video or revisiting the game, remember that even a rage attack deals either a physical or elemental type of damage, affecting a monster differently due to their resistances and CPU difficulty so many attacks might seem weak at first glance.

I wish i could somehow play this game without a ps2... Can’t believe it isn’t backwards compatible and they havent created a new game in a century.
A bit late but you can... If you have a pc, just use pcsx2 emulator, get the iso for save the earth and adjust your keyboard to ps2 controls.
Its horrible on keyboard, but better than not playing it.
It may be just me but does anyone remember in unleashed that destroyah can do that mortar move and krystalac can do a damaging pulse?
Yeah unleashed for the wii was just too weird and honestly feels unfinished as a game. Some of the Kaiju keep their rage attacks as special abilities per say, whilst plenty of them just don’t have them at all. Then you have some of those special moves basically being the dashes/charges, like Anguirus’ roll and Kiryu’s rocket boost. Then Caesar was supposed to be able to absorb the energies from the other monsters but he can’t, so that’s why he recharges energy so slowly.
those attacks didn't do much damage but they look freaking awesome

man i have this game since Christmas 2005 and i never knew there was a Special attack on rage mode. I didn't spoke english then so i never tried to read the Moves list
I love how all of the monster fights were in a movie. However is Godzilla 90s supposed to be the GMK Godzilla against Baragon?
He is supposed to represent the Heisei Godzilla from the 90s films, the GMK Godzilla isn't present in these games

Mothra doesn't have a rage attack. The guide even says that since she's more of a peaceful monster, rage mode heals her.

Godzilla 90's is one of the very few that does the most damage. some of them do alright damage. The only way Jet Jaguar can do any real damage is if they're laying down, Other wise it's weak. SpaceGodzillas is worst it barely does anything,and his supposed to be one of the baddest of them all.

my favorite Godzilla is the 2000 one. i have 2 favorite enemy kaiju's such as all Gigan formes and Orga. sadly though, Godzilla 2000 is small but i always picture it as tall as Shin or '14 because all godzilla's sizes over the years are the same to me but it depends on the newest one (Shin)

what would have suggested is you have the ability to eat your opponent and if you succeed in the struggle you automatically win and if you lose a automatically lose
and if you both succeed in the middle orga takes damage but gains some the his opponent's power like rage attacks a blast and stuff like that.

I heard she's in the PS2 version of the game. Hold R2 over Godzilla 2000. But that was years ago. Just confirm of it works just in case. If you have to hack or mod the system to play as her, that kinda sucks still.

Can you help me? for some characters like Gigan when they get "Rage" I press the trigger buttons and they just do their normal special move like Gigan will teleport. I'm playing on PS2.
When you are on Rage,you must press the buttons that makes monsters roars,on PS2 is Cross and Circle together. That way,when you're on Rage,you'll make the Rage attack instead of the normal roar.
Those all do like no damage, those are some pretty bad super moves(damage wise not looks wise)
