Thai players suffered from unjust referee most of the game. The red card came after a Thai player was tackled, but didn't get a foul. Thai player tackle the same way, and got 2nd yellow booked. Another one was in the penalty area where Thai player was clearly blocked by Vietnam player high leg. The so-called unfair goal started from Vietnamese gk grabbed the ball from outside the penalty area and brought it back in. While Thai players were still protesting, Vietnam gk threw the ball far away from the goal for Vietnam No 14 faked injury. (Vietnam No 14 earlier slided tackle Thai No 13, there was no contact, but Vietnam No 14 suddenly lay down) A Thai player threw the ball back in to Thai no.13, and No 13 paused for bit to signal the play which was still far way from the goal. No Vietnamese player protested and started playing. The ball was then passed to Thai no7 and Vietnam players were still playing not protesting. No. 7 proceeded and shot. The Thai players gave more than enough time to show intention to play, and Vietnam players didn't even protest until the goal.
@clipboardtube It’s ridiculous that Duy Manh signaled the Thai player to kick the ball out of bounds or pass it to the Vietnamese goalkeeper, but the Thai player unexpectedly passed to Supachok, who scored. There was something the ref could do about the 2nd goal, and he did, which is asking Thailand to allow Viet Nam to score a make-up goal to make it fair (as the goal was legal and he couldn't invalidate it). Thailand refused, which is unheard of (to me at least). This practice is extremely common in similar situations. There are videos on TH-cam. Looks very weird to people who aren't familiar with fair play culture because it looks like the team who has just scored now suddenly gives up. Anyway, the joke is it looks like Thailand really tried to make it up for their mistake in the end: they "withdrew" one player, Pansa gifted VN that goal, and the GK leaving the goal unguarded allowing VN to score a bookend :))) Nguyen Xuan Son's doctors seem very optimistic so far. There's hope!

Supachok was at fault but putting all the blames & responsibility on the young man is not right behavior of his teammates and especially the management, who need to take the highest responsibility. After them, we need to point out the people who started it earlier, the ball thrower (Ben) & the person who received the ball and passed it to Supachok. Everyone had the chance to return the ball or Goal to VN, especially the management, after hearing the referee explain the situation. Finally, I, a Vietnamese think we should not equate the bad behavior of a few individuals with the country and its people.

Thai goal is perfect and suits for 🇻🇳💤sleeping team spirit with fake injury, and 🇰🇷 referee judgecmatch between 🇰🇷vs🇯🇵coaches, competition committee chairman 🇰🇭 and 🇻🇳member. 😂 … fairplay. 👏
I’m here to express my thoughts for protecting my nation, Thailand🇹🇭. As many comments here are quite strongly graceless. Regarding the second goal, which has become a controversial topic with many negative interpretations: I don’t believe it was cheating. Allow me to explain. The Vietnam🇻🇳 goalkeeper caught the ball, and a player on the VN🇻🇳 side was injured. However, there was no need to throw the ball out of play. The goalkeeper could have informed the referee, but the referee did not blow the whistle to stop the game or signal for a dropped ball. Instead, the referee explicitly signalled for the game to continue. It seemed more like the VN🇻🇳 team’s strategy was to intentionally throw the ball out to buy their time, as the aggregate score at that moment was in their positive favour. Moreover, just seconds before their VN🇻🇳 captain appeared injured, the VN🇻🇳goalkeeper seemed to have caught the ball outside the penalty box area. Yet, the referee didn’t decide to take any action in that period as well. When TH🇹🇭 scored the second goal, it was not a dirty goal because they weren’t breaking any rules. However, I noticed it wasn’t the sportsmanship goal either. This situation highlights the referee’s lack to manage the game effectively. The referee allowed several ambiguous moments to go unresolved creating confusion and tension between the two teams. Especially including the incidents I mentioned earlier. While it’s not entirely his fault. For this reason, I couldn’t agree with claims that TH🇹🇭 lacks fair play. It is simply not part of our national blood behaviour. TH🇹🇭 players are generally calm and composed, especially when compared to the VN🇻🇳 team in this match their playing style tends to be more aggressive. The TH🇹🇭 team is working hard to develop and improve, focusing on nurturing young talent to achieve the goal of becoming one of Asia’s top teams and eventually qualifying for the World Cup. Looking ahead, let’s see how these young TH🇹🇭 players perform in the upcoming Asian Cup. They’ve learned valuable lessons from this ASEAN Cup experience. Note: these are my personal opinions. Please be respectful and constructive in discussion comments, as we should critique in a civilised manner and understanding. Lastly, Congrats! 🎉 to VN🇻🇳 win the ASEAN CUP 🏆
There is always a thin line between right & wrong, fair & unfair & all other opposites in life and sport. And there are many perspectives to look at them as well. Regardless, our actions define & reveal who we really are. And the more dire the situation, the higher the stake, the more our true self is revealed & defined. I really hope all people can reflect & learn something valuable from this to make things better in the future.

Vomit as much as you like, pal since you're Thai. I won't debate with you about the past but look at the match today. One red card given to a Thai player the video showed it all. He deserved it. Thai sux, they Played on their home field, lost a goal in 7thmin, lucky 1st goal because they got a perfect vpass from vn defender, cheated on their second goal and with 20 added times still lost 3-2 . All you did was making excuses for them even on the dirty goal. You guys are terrible and biased.
VIETNAM VO DICH BABY. NEW KING OF ASEAN
More than a half of this video is about thailand even they were not the champion. You guys should change this channel name’s to thailand soccer break honestly 😂
Honestly, elevating Thailand too much, it sounds really unpleasant, even disregarding the spirit of fair play in football by using the excuse of "choosing to play nice or contribute to the country" 🙄. They think Thailand contributes, so their opponent is Vietnam, they not contribute huh??. I'm most shocked that they disregard fair play. It seems that both they and Thai people deliberately forget the core values of football
Vietnam is the ultimate champion
I love the sacarstic of these guys! If any Thai sports fan watched this and still crying out loud how proud they were for that goal, they either don’t understand English 😂 or they dont know what humiliation means 😅
Im Việt and is it just me or is the only person on our team that is being mentioned is Xuân Son. Ik he had an incredible tournament but I think you could talk more abt players like Hoàng Đức who held down the midfield and to me he's probably the second best player on the team, Quang Hải also plays a key part everytime he comes on. This just all my personal perspective and it's probably just me being Vietnamese 😅
And also a fun fact, this is only the second time Thailand has lost at home in a AFF cup final. And both of those times are to Việt Nam 's hands 2008, 2025
It's called KARMA.
Thai uphold the spirit of fairplay eventually. They sent one of their player off and committed an own goal. What else do we expect from them 🤗
and Pansa has owned goal his team. What a gentleman 😂
I love to watch this tournament. Maybe not the highest level but the matches are always packed with excitement, rivalry, actions, drama and sacrifications. Can’t not wait to the next tournament in 2 years. Where are you guys from btw?
There was something the ref could do about the 2nd goal, and he did, which is asking Thailand to allow Viet Nam to score a make-up goal to make it fair (as the goal was legal and he couldn't invalidate it). Thailand refused, which is unheard of (to me at least).
This practice is extremely common in similar situations. There are videos on TH-cam. Looks very weird to people who aren't familiar with fair play culture because it looks like the team who has just scored now suddenly gives up.
Anyway, the joke is it looks like Thailand really tried to make it up for their mistake in the end: they "withdrew" one player, Pansa gifted VN that goal, and the GK leaving the goal unguarded allowing VN to score a bookend :)))
Nguyen Xuan Son's doctors seem very optimistic so far. There's hope!

Most Thai football fans I'm more sad about the referee's decision than not being the champion. Many of the members of this Thai national team are still young and have just made their first senior national team appearance. We are proud of all of them. We've had a lot of obstacles on this show. We need good players in the next program.
@nrch next time when Thailand play against other teams and Thai players get injury, other will not stop or kick the ball out to check on him
Because Thai players will cheat
@ hahaha what joke are you telling? Was that a lot of pain from that shot? It's etched in your heart, it's very memorable, right? Your team doesn't have spirit with others. Don't ask about the spirit that other people will give because it's not worthy.
I hope Thai football team show more sportsmanship next time
In the end still no country can win 3 time in this tournament this cursed still remains from thai fan
Thailand. Not really the best team. It's even defeated by the Philippine team.

Wow, Thailand play so nice that they conceded goals against Philippines and Cambodia lmao; your current generation is cooked, especially when important players from the previous generation are increasingly aging.
After the Thailand & Vietnam game, the world knew that Thailand is famous for gamesmanship, not sportsmanship. They do whatever it takes to win the game even when they lose their dignity, respect and sportsmanship. Hopefully Thailand players will learn how to be fair play in their next games. Vietnam team trying killing time by goalie. He knows his teammates is fine. And they asking for fair game.😂😂😂
I’m here to express my thoughts for protecting my nation, Thailand🇹🇭. As many comments here are quite strongly graceless.
Regarding the second goal, which has become a controversial topic with many negative interpretations:
I don’t believe it was cheating.
Did you see how the match ended. The thai player about to bring out his mui thai which void all of your excuses.
So many instances you see this at higher level and they always return the ball. This isn't fair play.
@@holhydro haha, of course, I saw it. that he can’t control his temper in the last minute. yeah, that shot we fault.
then is our homework for Thai players as well.
@@Danuvi-ib2pu true. thanks
(Vietnam No 14 earlier slided tackle Thai No 13, there was no contact, but Vietnam No 14 suddenly lay down)
A Thai player threw the ball back in to Thai no.13, and No 13 paused for bit to signal the play which was still far way from the goal. No Vietnamese player protested and started playing. The ball was then passed to Thai no7 and Vietnam players were still playing not protesting. No. 7 proceeded and shot. The Thai players gave more than enough time to show intention to play, and Vietnam players didn't even protest until the goal.
Still crying loser😂🎉

I vomit every time when Vienamese talk about sportmanship. If you ask or do the survey on the unsportmanship in all Southeast Asian countries, all the voices will point the figner right to the Vienamese. They now pretend to talk about sportmanship because they benefited from that Korean referee's decisions who somehow wanted to help his Korean compatriot who is the Vietnam's national head coach
Vomit as much as you like, pal since you're Thai. I won't debate with you about the past but look at the match today. One red card given to a Thai player the video showed it all. He deserved it. The second goal of Thailand was definitely not sportsmanship. Vietnamese goalkeeper intentionally kicked the ball outbound so that medical team could give medical attention to a player who was hurt. And Thai players were supposed to give the ball back to Vietnamese team but they didn't. And the last minute one Thai player was aggressive physically for no reason to Vietnamese forward.
Did you forget to mention that in the 1st leg, the Referee was Japanese? At least, the comparison must be made with 2 apples to start with, not one apple.
