To think that Jun was the very first contestant to get a Super Boot, then made his way up to first place and continued to keep his position, even when he had such misfortune with his injured ankle, it's amazing. He deserves this so much and i'm so proud of our diamond maknae. He loves his Hyungs so much, it's so heartwarming to see him here, doing his best to promote them 😊

When Heejin was singing I was getting chills omg. Her voice seems very natural and not that original yet the pitch that she can sing at is just like nothing I've heard
I need to listen to the song because I think that's what it is, the emotion she puts into singing it

I guess he is just strict towards others since the taemin we see right now is the fruit of years of hardwork. Taemin used to just be known as a baby boy who can dance. But through hardwork he was able to make a name for himself and improve on his singing making him an even stronger and more powerful performer. So I can see why he can get be strict.
It’s honestly not smart to audition with more people because if you don’t stand out as much as your group members you’ll be disqualified for sure. On the other hand, if you’re in a duo or trio, there’s only 2-3 people that the attention needs to be focused on and it’s more likely all members will make it into the Unit

I'm so sad that UNB and Uni.t didn't get the attention and love they deserved but I'm back watching it again anyways. The Unit really is my favorite survival show and I kinda wish there was a season two and that the final lineups could get as famous as Ioi, Wanna one and Iz*one but I guess this won't happen.

What the hell? I've been KissMe for five years and i was so sad when i saw Jun. He's like my child. U-Kiss lost their popularity after Ma Man Ha Ni and also a lot of fans turned their backs after Eli's wedding and the birth of his child. It's so fucking sad. They have so many great songs, like Neverland, Standing Still, Quit Playing, Stalker... They are working really hard everytime for their comebacks and even tho Kevin left the group this year (just wanted to mention they held a mini concert for his departure, that's how sweet they are) they are still working like crazy. Many new kpop fans these days don't know that U-Kiss are BIG sunbaenims in the industry. Seriously, Please pay more attention to them

A lot of these idols don't need a reboot. Some of them aren't even idols yet and are still trainees. This show lost its core concept very early in the show, so there isn't really anything we can do about it. I was a fan of A.C.E. before this show so I will support them no matter what. Also, even though they've only been out 5 months, doesn't mean they don't need any type of promotion.

It's August 17, 2021, I am a Choice watching A.C.E's stepping stones, touring through their idol milestones. It hasn't been easy for them, coming from a relatively new and small company. They are its first artists. They have to make themselves known in any possible way they can think of. They busked in the streets, utilized the social media... I hope that, old and new fans will still be watching them in the next 4 years, and more, and more. They are very talented and hardworking and they definitely deserve the spotlight too. Hope you can check them out :)
This is the only survival show that i'll watch over and over again...
That a.c.e group makes me remind to bts..they started in small company,small practice room,sharing food together,living in small dorm..waa but look how much they gained now.. don't give up, use this chance to show world who u are and proudly walk hall of fame.. fighting!

I've been a KissMe since 2011 when they succeed with Neverland. It is sad that U-KISS is such an underrated group despite their true talent in singing, dancing, acting, and interesting physical appearance. I was shocked when DongHo and then Kevin, the center of UKISS, left the group. But finally, I'm glad Jun gained much compliments and attractions here. Even in UKISS itself, this maknae doesn't have many chances to show his talents of.
I love this survival concept. They're focus to help 'nugu' or 'underrated' groups in a different way from another survival pograms. I just feel it. I don't know how about y all. In my opinion, the mentors are seems like give their best to gain contestant's talent in a genius way. From this survival I learn so much how to respect an idol. Good job KBS! I like your program. And for all the contestant, fighting!!! Even God gives a second chance.

From the first time i watch this show, i'm rooting for Jun. He's so great on stage, rap well, dance well, really tall and get Superboot. But then through this show, i also know that he can sing well too, even high note and surprisingly, he can act either. He's so talented. I wonder what he can do next.
Btw, I just know for long that there's a group named U-Kiss but I've never heard any of their song. Because of Jun, I'd like to try listen to it.

I came here for Jun from U-Kiss, and I'm so glad I did. U-Kiss was the group that got me into K-pop, but I did wonder why Jun ended up as their newest member instead of debuting with a new group that likely would have gotten him more attention, considering how talented he is. I thought maybe NH Media had another boy group in the works but it fizzled out, and so they placed Jun with their older group. I had no idea he purposely chose to join U-Kiss because he wanted to. And the fact that he's so thankful to his members for accepting him, and that he's on this show for their sake and not his own... I love this boy even more now
before it starts im already crying... how desperate must they be to come to this show, it takes so much courage to pursue something again when u fail... respect to all the participants.

yeah I prefer this show than mixnine, after watched all of episode of the unit, how good the mentors was, and how hard the participant learn not only talent and skill, but also attitude and charm

Mixnine was good but okay, in my opinion The Unit is boring lmao, does anything exciting happen or is it just performances? I liked Mixnine cause it showed the training and the background of the trainees and different group evaulations.

Some people here came from small company and they don't know whether they will be successful but I remember that once bts company was literally small but now they are one of the most most popular group all over the world. when they were performing Gashina I got literal chills
I watched this first before Produce 101. I am a WANNABLE but while watching Prod 101, the talent and level of the contestants in THE UNIT is higher. Maybe because they've been training for years and have debuted so they have experience on the stage. And I love the Unit for that. Especially Jun, Feeldog, Eujin, and Kim Timoteo (So sad).
2020 rewatching this series and i still am livid that hwayeong (the choreographer sitting on the far right of the judges table) should’ve gotten more attention and her own intro >:(

Good Day only debuted 3 months before this show started and they want to reboot? i mean come on it's only been 3 months. there aren't many groups that made it big from their debut song. i think this program should have been for idols that have debuted at least 1 year before. this is just my personal opinion.
No because now it's you have a succesful debut or you won't be succesful is the futur
@@caitlinyang3752 I disagree. You're either successful, or not. The Kpop world is different from western pop. If you don't succeed with the first debut, you'll never make it in the future unless you're group works hard together for more years to come. For example BTS, they could of disbanded back then because they couldn't get a successful amount of views for 4 years. Most groups don't last that long without disbanding. But because all the members were determined they never disbanded and became a big hit this year. I know many disbanded groups who didn't do well their first and second debut and their company forced the team to disband. It all depends on the company and members.

How I wish to turn back time and promote them more and have them the success that they deserved.
