Saw Ateez in the thumbnail and clicked IMMEDIATELY. Those boys are the best dancers in the industry because not only do they dance, they perform. They sing live, they hit every beat, and their facial expressions make the performance something unforgettable every time they're on stage. Their latest comeback "Halazia" is also insane, it's so good!
Ateez's stage style is so unique and emphasises the member's individual colours, it's neigh impossible to replicate (not to mention their insane stamina and stability when singling live while executing those hardcore choreos). For those curious about their other performances I recommend Halazia, Win, Horizon, Say My Name, Deja Vu and The Real (all in different styles).
I’m so happy they chose HALA HALA as the song for ATEEZ because that’s the performance that really cemented them as the best performers in the industry. I still get chills every time I think about when I first watched it in 2019 and San went into “demon mode.”Also Blood,sweat and tears for BTS and 7th Sense for NCT U were solid choices too. I love both of those songs and performances so much. And of course number 1 is well deserved.

San "Demon Mode" is iconic and seeing it live is better. All of them put EVERYTHING that they have on their performances, they go HARD, you can feel the energy and the love they have for us Atiny when they are on stage. Ateez are THE best performers EVER.!!!!

I was actually really happy they mentioned the choreographer, Choi YoungJun. Seventeen fans are so eager to focus on Hoshi's involvement, the professional choreographers who work with Seventeen get overlooked IMO. Many main dancers give input into the choreo, it's admirable, but it shouldn't come at the expense of the professional choreographers who do most of the work and don't even earn royalties.

As an Atiny, I am so happy Hala Hala was on this list! And my ult bias, Seonghwa, is the thumbnail 😍😍😍 Ateez would 100% be a dance crew if they weren’t Kpop idols. They are incredible and they definitely have some of the best dancers and choreo in Kpop! They put on some of the best performances in Kpop. From their visuals, vocals, dancing, and expressions, Ateez is hard to beat. I am so proud of them 😍🥰 I hope Ateez gets more recognition and fans from this video. I was also really happy to see After School on this list!! After School is underrated and they deserve more hype for their innovative style. Also great to see TeenTop! Seventeen had to be on the list. You can’t have a video about Kpop dancing without Taemin! Im surprised Shinee’s Sherlock or Everybody was not on the list! I'm so glad that Dreamcatcher was an honorable mention, especially as a smaller group continuing to gain more popularity. Their choreography is some of the hardest among the girl groups yet their synchronicity is absolute perfection! Proud of Irene and Seulgi as well! They deserve all of the recognition for Naughty. That choreography is insane to say the least, yet they pull it off so well
I can’t believe Move is only number 7. I think MsMojo has also fallen into the trap of thinking it’s easier to pull off than it is. Just goes to show how effortless Taemin makes it seem.

Ateez-Hala Hala and other dances-for them it isn’t just the choreography but the expressions. Hala Hala is a dance with controlled chaos. Move-one of the sexiest, slickest choreographies and Taemin just executed perfectly.
I see Ateez and I click! Thank you for recognizing Ateez’s intense and impressive choreography. They’re truly one of a kind. Halahala will go down as one of the most memorable performances in Kpop. Ateez has some of the best stamina I’ve seen.
Thanks for mentioning speed, after school, teen top, A.C.E, and SHINee. I think other than SHINee, kpopers nowadays don't know about speed, after school, teen top, as they are in 2nd gen. Teen top is one of the best when it comes to choreography, you can watch all of their songs, it needs a lot of energy to execute it, especially their love to jumping and footwork (I remember once they said their choreographer loves jumping so much, cmiiw). Same with speed, I think "don't tease me" can be also consider as hard choreography. After school, wowww they always slay their performances, don't forget 'bang!', they even created 'Orange Caramel' that have a unique choreography and concept. As for SHINee, well they've been known for their hard choreographies. I think you can also mention TVXQ, because I think their choreography is also hard to execute. Sorry, for my English, because it's not my first language.
As A dancer who tried to learn Taemin's 'move' in the past, this choreo was the death of me. The moves themselves are hard enough, but what makes this dance impossible is how you have to appear almost naturally. The insane body control and strength are no joke for this dance the hardest part is making it look natural and effortless.

i was NOT expecting to see naughty as number one but i’ve never been more pleasantly surprised and agreed more. It incredibly hard without having the training they have with the style. It’s a clean and perfectly calculated piece from both girls and truly challenged them both
Fun fact: In addition to starting the K-Pop world onto hard choreo with Lucifer, SHINee also started the trend of posting dance practice videos with Lucifer. If you enjoy dance practices and hard choreo, in addition to many style trends, dressing up for Halloween, and music genres brought to K-Pop, thank SHINee. Without taking anything away from the other idols, I think that Taemin's Move should have been higher on this list. Many have tried to copy his moves (no pun intended), and ZERO have been able to master it.
NCT U Debut is definitely deserving. Love the list. NCT Dream Bubblegum had a variation that was difficult and TEN from WayV has songs called Birthday/Dream in a Dream that's out of this world. Also, VIXX.

I completely agree with the list, however I wish it was mentioned. SEVENTEEN & Gfriend are the Kings and Queens of sync choreographies. Have been for years. Also VIXX has some difficult choreography as well.

I would personally say that Birthday by Ten is the hardest dance. Some of the moves he does in that, I thought was impossible to do. Especially when he is working with many backup dancers.
Glad Taemin was acknowledged here, as well as my ATEEZ. All ATEEZ choreo looks tough, even slower songs lol.... Also agree that BTS b.s.t looks hella hard... gotta be their #1 most difficult routine
I don't think its the hardest. Its quite fast, but choreos for ON, Run bulletproof and dionysus require insane stamina cause of the speed and jumping around the stage. Dances like black swan and fake love have more intricate and elegant moves which are also very hard to execute so it looks natural.
Shame as though Stray Kids isn't here, as again though not a dancer nor have any knowledge on criticizing them, if given a chance one of the songs that has some amazing choreos in it are God's Menu, Backdoor, Easy, TA, Wow, Domino, and Taste as all of it's poppin combos and synchronization is just so smooth and powerful too!! And the groups and the song's choreo mentioned here are very much great as well too!!
Teen Top, SPEED, and After School!!! I’m sure not a lot of kpop fans would not know them much since they weren’t that popular or known international plus fans today are from 3rd and 4th but to 2nd gen fans, they were special during our generation. I know there are more songs who deserves to be in this list but definitely these groups deserves to be in this list and this is whom we call hidden gems and underrated idol groups!
KPOP has so many complicated dance choreos but I'm pretty satisfied with this list. I didn't expect NAUGHTY By Red Velvet - Irene and Seulgi to be at the top of the list, but watching the choreo again made me appreciate it even more!!
I see ATEEZ in the thumbnail I click because we know damn well that ATEEZ comes up with the hardest choreo and slays every part of it🖤 they are born performers, every stage they present is literally perfection
SHINee's "Everybody" was definitely one for the history book... I 🤔 you guys really are on the surface of things when it comes to KPOP dances. I was a huge fan of KPOP for 12+ years and this list is just an American saying " I'm hip/ cool and I can name some KPOP groups" basically this is a popularity contest, NOT a great list imo. 😔
They probably tried to have one entry per group and bring on different types of difficulty; I appreciate them for that because otherwise groups Teen Top, Speed or After School would hardly be mentioned. Making those types of ranking channels is less about precision and more about being entertaining while mildly informative.
I expected EXO's Growl, Shinee's Everybody, BTS's Idol (I mean, they need oxygen after they perform it), glad to see Seventeed, Teen Top & Taemin. I was expecting GFriend, not to say RV didnt put effort in it but I dont really think of it when I think high energy/legendary dances, SNSD comes to mind though.
@Adriana Montejano As someone who learned all of Idol... yes omg it is sooo tiring. The amount of energy you use and endurance you need in those couple minutes is just absolutely insane, and that's coming from a soccer player. I didn't end up literally needing oxygen(one because I can't afford it lol), but I definitely didn't make it look nearly as good as BTS, huge props to them. They are the group that got me into k-pop and Idol is my k-pop song that I listened to, and it's still my favorite. Of course there are so many amazing and energetic songs out there(FT Island and The Solutions are so underrated aaaah), but Idol remains my favorite

“Move” at 7? I have no idea if it really belongs there. That song is rough to do. I have performed it, and OMG. The absolute Control you need to over dance is kind of insane. It was probably one of the hardest dances I’ve ever taught.
ATEEZ's style is so captivating to me! The focus on individual members style rather than mirror perfect synchronization makes every member fascinating to watch. All this hard choreo AND live vocals? When I tell you I'm in love!
Happy to see a non-Kpop channel have some proper choices and good research because majority only mindlessly throw in BTS [they have many difficult choreographies so they're relevant in this video] and Black Pink and it won't even be correct and gives off pure "We don't like Kpop we just want views vibe".

Number 1 definitely deserved that place. Tutting is no joke and takes such a long time to learn. Not sure if I agree with the rest of the list. Kpop artists are amazing dancers and some do have extraordinary stages. I'm a huge BTS ARMY and I love the dances they do and how in sync they are. I feel they are super impressive. But yeah, SO many awesome choreographies from these groups and more.
Saw my Hwa in the thumbnail and clicked immediately! Ateez in my 4 year Atiny opinion is the greatest of all time, the dances and the voices are so incredible, Hongjoong works hard on these songs and is truly a very talented human being as are all 8. You mentioned San going into Demon mode but it's not just San, if you watch closely you will notice in Hala Hala and Guerilla and in other dark songs, Hongjoong and my bias from day 1 Seong Hwa get a specific smile on their face every time in live performances (A Joker like smile) its easier to see when watching a fancam and these 3 amazing men turn into what Atiny calls the "Demon Line" San, Seong Hwa and HongJoong are the Demon line and It is one of my favorite things to watch! Thank you so much for including Ateez, I feel they don't get enough recognition. 8 Makes 1 Team
NCT 127's "Firetruck" is said by the members themselves to be their hardest choreo to do, and if you see the MV or the dance practice, it's super intense!! Also, SuperM's Jopping....need I say more? The members called it a 3 minute dance break, and it's just as intense as you might think!!
I don't know who put this top 10 together, but I couldn't agree more! Some great legends on here! When I first saw HALA HALA, I immediately knew there was something different about ATEEZ. I'd be so interested to see a top 10 favorite or hardest choreo just for ateez! It'd be hard though, ngl, each era's choreography gets insanely harder and more complex!

ateez have one of the most intense choreographies! they are such amazing performers. Being able to sing live and dance a difficult choreography is just insane but ateez can always pull it off 🫶

Seeing Teen Top in this list actually made my day. You just had to be there to understand how hype Rocking was when the video was first released.

Im so happy to see a.c.e get recognition for their choreography even if its just an honorable mention they had some of the hardest choreo ive seen. also surprised that dionysus by bts wasnt mentioned cause that choreo is insane.

I would personally say that Birthday by Ten is the hardest dance. Some of the moves he does in that, I thought was impossible to do. Especially when he is working with many backup dancers.
Glad Taemin was acknowledged here, as well as my ATEEZ. All ATEEZ choreo looks tough, even slower songs lol.... Also agree that BTS b.s.t looks hella hard... gotta be their #1 most difficult routine
I don't think its the hardest. Its quite fast, but choreos for ON, Run bulletproof and dionysus require insane stamina cause of the speed and jumping around the stage. Dances like black swan and fake love have more intricate and elegant moves which are also very hard to execute so it looks natural.
Shame as though Stray Kids isn't here, as again though not a dancer nor have any knowledge on criticizing them, if given a chance one of the songs that has some amazing choreos in it are God's Menu, Backdoor, Easy, TA, Wow, Domino, and Taste as all of it's poppin combos and synchronization is just so smooth and powerful too!!
And the groups and the song's choreo mentioned here are very much great as well too!!
Naughty is one of the hardest choreography but Red Velvet Irene & Seulgi pulled it off.

Teen Top, SPEED, and After School!!! I’m sure not a lot of kpop fans would not know them much since they weren’t that popular or known international plus fans today are from 3rd and 4th but to 2nd gen fans, they were special during our generation. I know there are more songs who deserves to be in this list but definitely these groups deserves to be in this list and this is whom we call hidden gems and underrated idol groups!
Ateez's choreographies are always breathtaking
KPOP has so many complicated dance choreos but I'm pretty satisfied with this list. I didn't expect NAUGHTY By Red Velvet - Irene and Seulgi to be at the top of the list, but watching the choreo again made me appreciate it even more!!

SHINee's "Everybody" was definitely one for the history book... I 🤔 you guys really are on the surface of things when it comes to KPOP dances. I was a huge fan of KPOP for 12+ years and this list is just an American saying " I'm hip/ cool and I can name some KPOP groups" basically this is a popularity contest, NOT a great list imo. 😔
EXO was missing too, and lots of other groups ...
They probably tried to have one entry per group and bring on different types of difficulty; I appreciate them for that because otherwise groups Teen Top, Speed or After School would hardly be mentioned. Making those types of ranking channels is less about precision and more about being entertaining while mildly informative.
I expected EXO's Growl, Shinee's Everybody, BTS's Idol (I mean, they need oxygen after they perform it), glad to see Seventeed, Teen Top & Taemin. I was expecting GFriend, not to say RV didnt put effort in it but I dont really think of it when I think high energy/legendary dances, SNSD comes to mind though.
@Adriana Montejano As someone who learned all of Idol... yes omg it is sooo tiring. The amount of energy you use and endurance you need in those couple minutes is just absolutely insane, and that's coming from a soccer player. I didn't end up literally needing oxygen(one because I can't afford it lol), but I definitely didn't make it look nearly as good as BTS, huge props to them. They are the group that got me into k-pop and Idol is my k-pop song that I listened to, and it's still my favorite. Of course there are so many amazing and energetic songs out there(FT Island and The Solutions are so underrated aaaah), but Idol remains my favorite

Literally had the same thought, I was wondering when everybody was going to show up, but it never did. Still really happy to see move and lucifer in here though (especially considering shinee created dance practice videos).
I agree that Irene and Seulgi are in no. 1 in the list because they trained several months to perfect the choreo.

“Move” at 7? I have no idea if it really belongs there. That song is rough to do. I have performed it, and OMG. The absolute Control you need to over dance is kind of insane. It was probably one of the hardest dances I’ve ever taught.

Happy to see a non-Kpop channel have some proper choices and good research because majority only mindlessly throw in BTS [they have many difficult choreographies so they're relevant in this video] and Black Pink and it won't even be correct and gives off pure "We don't like Kpop we just want views vibe".

Number 1 definitely deserved that place. Tutting is no joke and takes such a long time to learn. Not sure if I agree with the rest of the list. Kpop artists are amazing dancers and some do have extraordinary stages. I'm a huge BTS ARMY and I love the dances they do and how in sync they are. I feel they are super impressive. But yeah, SO many awesome choreographies from these groups and more.

Saw my Hwa in the thumbnail and clicked immediately! Ateez in my 4 year Atiny opinion is the greatest of all time, the dances and the voices are so incredible, Hongjoong works hard on these songs and is truly a very talented human being as are all 8. You mentioned San going into Demon mode but it's not just San, if you watch closely you will notice in Hala Hala and Guerilla and in other dark songs, Hongjoong and my bias from day 1 Seong Hwa get a specific smile on their face every time in live performances (A Joker like smile) its easier to see when watching a fancam and these 3 amazing men turn into what Atiny calls the "Demon Line" San, Seong Hwa and HongJoong are the Demon line and It is one of my favorite things to watch! Thank you so much for including Ateez, I feel they don't get enough recognition. 8 Makes 1 Team
NCT 127's "Firetruck" is said by the members themselves to be their hardest choreo to do, and if you see the MV or the dance practice, it's super intense!! Also, SuperM's Jopping....need I say more? The members called it a 3 minute dance break, and it's just as intense as you might think!!

I don't know who put this top 10 together, but I couldn't agree more! Some great legends on here! When I first saw HALA HALA, I immediately knew there was something different about ATEEZ. I'd be so interested to see a top 10 favorite or hardest choreo just for ateez! It'd be hard though, ngl, each era's choreography gets insanely harder and more complex!
