      you feel great and centered, that is if there is not a problem with the fascia.

      The foundation of internal power has everything to do with fascia. If you can find the right teacher, you'll feel like a God.

    Thank you both for this. Every point is inspirational. Josh I love the way you stalk that power.
    So... TELE(o)CYTES, mindfulness, nitric oxide and vibration;
    NLP people - I've seen some selling their courses as "The lightning process", "warrior" - and more. From such personalisations I refer to myself as a wizard, even though I am much slower than most marketers... because I AM a wizard.
    In taking on and attuning others into the wizard as a personality, are we thus giving ourselves advantages beyond the mechanistic biological??

    When mentioning sonics do you include affirmations / rights of assumption?
    In extension, what of self talk / body talk / soul retrieval?

    minute 22:50 self myofascial is much better... I have been developing self for 15 years.... I can only say that what you talk about and pretend unsuccessfully to explain in words falls way short than the outcome and the capacity of self physical knowledge and what is self voluntary movement, which is reflex, which is gravity oriented, which is equyilibrium oriented, what scientists are missing is that this is subjective and has a scientific basis which for some reason is being overlooked... for more info... visit Albert Ballin 3... facebook.... any verbal explanation on disforgetting lost movement and injury rehab is mere cliche... and I mean disforgetting when there is nothing to remember.... that state can only be reached through self 3dimensional intentional interaction of our tensegrity system alive with gravity and the 3 points we need to stand on in order for the tensegrity to have a grip on what influences it.... NLP in expressive action.... nothing to do with yoga or meditation... only with Dr. Rolf
