Is there any electrical equipment which can take the electricity from 2 phase and simultaneously pass the electricity to 2 electricity meter and further both the phase is passed through 1 stabilizer in the same house .. purpose is to lower the electricity cost .. but the problem is that if the electricity is cut in any of the 2 phase the stabilizer will pull electricity from 1 phase passing through 1 meter (extra cost will occur as passed electricity in that phase is half the house requires) .. So could you please tell me of the equipment that will take the electricity from 2 phase and if electricity is cut in any of the 2 phase the equipment will pull the electricity from 1 phase but pass it to 2 electricity meter in the house?????
According to Indian electricity act and distribution supply codes of different states, only three phase and single phase connections are allowed with separate three and single phase meter respectively. Further, output of any two meters shouldn't interface with each other and should not supply any common electrical load.
In Assam the maximum limit for Single Phase connection is 4.99kW. Is there any problem if I opt for 4.99kW or 4.95kw? I am ready to bear the fixed charges i.e ₹50 (50×5=₹250), thats not a problem. Any other problems?

The amount bill be added in the monthly billing as "other charge". It may be different amount because in other charge rebate will also be added. You needn't to do any thing. Just wait for the next monthly bill after this adjustment will be given in credit/ debit/ deferment section.

Fixed charge hamesha recorded load ko next higher digit me round off kar ke liye jane ka pravdhan hai. Agar aapka sanction load 4 kW se kam hai to uska 75% nikal kar round off karne par sanction load ke barabar hi ho jata hai. I mean, you would get benefit of 75% minimum billing demand only if your sanctioned load is 4 kW or more and that's why you should choose 4 kW instead of 3 kW.

किसी भी महीने में आधे घंटे का एवरेज मैक्सिमम लोड आपके सैंक्शन लोड से ज्यादा (5% से ज्यादा) होने पर बिल में एक्सेस डिमांड पेनेल्टी लग सकती है।
