with the second guy what proves the bag belonged to him.was his DNA found on it,was an ID found in the bag linking him to it,was there a witness to testify the bag belonged to him,was there a drug test of his blood to find traces of narcotics..i believe he is innocent and an appeal is needed.

I watched where this insane Ghana authorities imprisoned a Nigerian man for six years and still counting because a business partner of his committed a crime and was no where to be found and he has being held hostage in that prison.
