Configure properties and secure properties in mule application

Hi Sir,
While i am trying to add Secure Configuration from exchange getting error as
DependencyResolutionException: Failed to collect dependencies at com.mulesoft.modules:mule-secure-configuration-property-module:jar:mule-plugin:1.2.7 -> org.mule:mule-encryption:jar:1.3.2
Please help me on this error.

Try in separate mule project again. It should work.
