It does count as a auto autograph in that silver pack it was in the box so your wasting your time contacting tops plus you made out good with all the other cards you got in the box
The guaranteed autograph is supposed to be in the regular packs. Call Topps, give them the box number, order number and offer this video for evidence. Great bix, otherwise!

@MoosePigCards-gz8zf They are usually pretty good at resolving the issue. Maybe letting them know you are going to make a video showing the results might get you a really good autograph from this.
