  • This vinyasa full body stretch focuses on increasing flexibility with emphasis on stretches for the shoulders, hips, hamstrings and spine. The class will leave you feeling good in your own body! Music is included. 🙏
    We begin with traditional cat/cows, thread the needle to open up the chest and shoulders, bird/dog to prepare your body to balance. We then move on to a few rounds of sun salutations to generate heat in your body and get ready for the flow.
    Other poses included in this class are high lunge, Warrior 2, triangle, downward dog, puppy, forward folds with hands to big toes and hands underneath the feet, tree pose, standing hand to big toe pose.
    The final part of the class is more soothing and inludes these poses: yogic squat, revolved yogic squat, boat pose, seated spinal twist, head to knee pose, butterfly forward bend, supine spinal twist and well deserved savasana.
