Just to note, it actually did flood. I was being stupid and not holding it WOT. As I cranked it, I kept slowly pushing down on the accelerator and it only made it worse. I had a very strong smell of raw fuel as mentioned in the video. I don't know why but this truck is VERY sensitive. It either floods or goes dry. Which is why just before it started it did run dry. This was the first time so I didn't know the warning sign until then. Now I know well if I need more or less choke/pumpage. Thanks!
Hold the foot to the floor leave it there while cracking. When u release it then floor it again your still giving it a squirt of gas lengthening the flood
@aj0049 Lol yeah, well it's just the way it was tuned and built. I can probably squeeze out 10mpg with a better carb and some other things. But a good carb can be very pricey. I really don't want to dump any more money into it since it will be for sale soon. Otherwise, it would be a different story.
Would be great to see more of these! Love watching you start this truck like this!
Great video man! Perfect truck and perfect boots. Thank you for making it. Please make more startup vids like this you're one of the best at them ;)
That Motor sounds better than a geniune GM Starter from the 80s.
definitely was NOT a mistake, in my book. :) love the video :D
Great truck and GREAT video - thanks for sharing!!
Beaitiful truck. Sweet sound

Flooded. So hit, thank you!
I LOVE YOUR TRUCK
My k10 sbc 350 is out of timing and the rockers need set but I give it 4 pumps and it has never failed to start except when the battery is dead
Beautiful truck
So hot. Hot boots, too.
Like a Rock bro. and not just the Chevy.... lmao.
@matteoiseuro: Lol I think my knees would give out before the shocks or springs do. Especially since it has 3/4 ton springs on it.
awesome boots
@floodedcar123: Well unfortunately I don't think I'll have that truck around for much longer. But I guess the jeep will have to do.
How much will u be asking for the truck? I love your truck and I need one badly! where u from?

hot shit! love also those shitty rubber tubes in there
That truck is quadruple dog cursed to not want to start at all
What year is that K10?
👌
@aj0049 I hate too, but I need the money to get a good daily driver. This thing only gets 4mpg at 60mph.
To be honest with you, I don't think you flooded it at all, in fact, I don't think you pumped it enough to give it enough gas to turn over.
That sucks. But yes the jeep will do just fine.
do you still have this truck
Kevin M I sold it a few years ago, and yes I regret it. But at the time 4mpg wasn't doing me any good.
Joseph I'm sure you miss it. kmartin230@aol.com write me sometime
It won't start when you got a dog underneath the hood
@floodedcar123 Fun for you but not everyone else.
@auaiao9 Just saying it needs a womans touch.
