It's been one year since Rover attacked Cats Eye City and now sets his eyes on Europe. Damien now leads what's left of the pets of Cats Eye City. Everyone is struggling to survive. During a scout patrol Damien, Chase, Valkyrie, Ricky and Minxi, run into Serena, Gwen, Jordan, Tiffany, Iris, Jack and Marielle and Kale. The patrol leads them back to the shelters and reunite with their loved ones. The hatch a plan to capture a special lightning bolt that can power Rovers' power extractor. Will their plan succeed?
