It's only a 4 bedroom house, mom and dad in the master suite, the two younger kids sharing a room, the older sibling in their own room and grandma in the 4th bedroom. Oceanfront houses tend to be smaller and much more expensive than one just a few blocks back from the ocean. First World problems. ;-)
Need waaay more than a few million to live here- maintenance, fees, cleaning!, taxes- not to mention furnishings, appliances, utilities,,, These places were still cheaper than my wife!
