所以調味料不會太辛辣。比較清爽。Jay可以多看粵菜的烹調片子。但可能比較好的粵菜片子都是講粵語的比較多。
我也感到遺憾。（我是粵語人）。😅

怎少得湯水篇
如有机会获得新鲜的海产（如垂钓），Jay最好能清蒸海上鲜给太太的家人品尝，蒸鱼是粤菜的最高境界。

Coconut soup and watermelon cake...perfect combo during this heatwave. Hard to stomach anything heavy or spicy during scorching temps.
The coconut chicken soup is some sort of consommé! Its taste is well liked by many and nutritious too! Well done! A kind of favourite soup in China especially in southern China or cantonese food.
It’s Hainanese, but yeah, I see that it’s pretty common in restaurants in Shenzhen and Chaozhou… southern cuisine
