they stole the money and still exited the door with a pocket full. SICKENING! Any ordinary person would be in jail

It’s terrible . They’re so unprofessional here . Very careless with the public people who need assistance . I’ve seen so much . They honestly should have been punished . I agree just sickening .

I am disabled and my wife is paralyzed from a stroke. We had to move at just around the time when HHA changed its rules JUST for those moving because they had run out of money. Our rates went back to 2021 prices which as we all know has been a very inflationary time. So naturally I've had so much trouble getting back into a house that was equal to what we left. 7 months later we are still waiting on housing to do inspections on our new rental. The authority has lost or laid off many employees including inspectors so everything takes for ever,
People should be going to jail.

Omg, this is true embezzlement and they should be fined. This happens when you give them an inch and they go over the mile. It happened with the office manager at a.manufactured home community i use to live in se houston, she stole a lot ofiney and the company found out and she had 25l4 hours to move out, she didnt go to jail, this is bs.

Outrageous. They need to go. Unless you make over 75,000 most people can barely afford housing. They need to hurry up and place people.

Not the individuals, but the system which enable these actions should be corrected.
